For now, I'm in my bicycle phase:Recently I rebuilt a ***'s Nishiki bicycle, a fast lightweight bike. I also have a ***'s Schwinn Bicycle which I rebuilt too; it's dressed-out with plenty of cargo bags for errands-running, groceries and things like that. I enjoy disassembling every little part of these bikes... doing a total reconditioning. I love riding; and, I enjoy volunteering at a local bike recyclery, helping others learn to build and repair their own bikes. Building large sculptures has been a large part of my life. Restoring antique furniture was a passion for about a decade. Working with children with disabilities and challenging behaviors happen for more than a few years. House sitting and volunteering for the Forest Service was fun for a while. Where do I start? I have worked for the same company for 32 yrs. I also work rotating shifts which hard for dating, but is possible with someone who is a little flexible. In my off time during the day I like to go Geocaching, in evenings and nights I just stay home (don't care for the bar scene). Also enjoy history and seeing historic places, and love the beach.I enjoy classic rock and classic country music, I don't do rap. I am not a big talker, so if your looking for someone who talks alot and says very little, then I am not your guy. Like to go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week doing mostly cardio, I'm trying to offset the fact that I don't like to diet. Just somewhere quiet where we sit and talk and get to know each other and see if anything clicks.

Boating on Candlewood Lake, Still playing softball :), Spending time with my adult children and currently playing on the same softball team with my son, (this was a goal and now is reality). I enjoy gardening, cooking and fishing. I appreciate the outdoors and all that nature has to offer. I love to cook a nice dinner for that special someone and spoil her as much as possible.
