First things first...please no messages if you do NOT have a profile picture...I am re-writing this so if you have read it before and it seems different that is because it is!!! I am looking for my "last first date", and my "new Best Friend". I am a GREAT cook and I like to bake but I myself do not eat sweets, I gave them up over 2 years ago.My likes: Steelers FOOTBALL!!! spending time with that special man, cuddling and watching a great movie or kissing all the way through a bad movie, listening to a great variety of music, spending time on walks hand in hand, I can be witty, sarcastic, sassy, cute, I know how to be a lady in public and I do have manners!!! I enjoy reading, crafting, making jewelry, road trips, fishing, camping, bike riding, watching a good football game, going to live sporting events, people watching, hanging around a nice fire at night with a group of great friends and laughing until our guts hurt, I could keep going but I don't want to lose your interest so just ask if you want to know more...I want to be with someone that is not going to be gone all the time as I did the Military wife thing for 14 years and if was very lonely!!! I knew somewhat what I was getting into but it was hard to get used to sleeping alone and being alone after the kids went to bed, so I know I am not looking for someone that is always gone. I do like to have my time and you have yours, we can't smother each other. I won't share my partner intimately with anyone else, call me selfish. I am really wanting someone that looks forward to the end of their work day to see me because they were thinking about me all day, as I was thinking of them too. I don't concider myself needy but I need to be needed. I like to think of myself as old fashioned, I will cook and clean up after you BUT I hate to think I am not appreciated. I also realize we are not young 20 somethings and so we are set in our ways somewhat and there are quite a few men out there that have done things for themselves for a longtime so it is sometimes easier to ease into the old fashioned ways and then to some men I guess it might be a turn-off...I have 2 great adult children, one of each gender and my daughter lives out of state which is not always easy but she is a grown woman. I am a VERY PROUD mother and I enjoyed parenting through those wonderful teen years. I believe I am a great mom even if they think they are too big to need me know, I know better...Our children are our LEGACY and remember they will be the one to pick your Nursing Home, so be careful with them...lolp.s. my pictures show blonde hair but on ***I let my 26 yr.old talk me into trying something new...it is now brown but it wont last long...it washes out everyday...THANK GOD!!! lol***\\***Plz***\\\***put this***on your***account If***you know***\\\***someone***\\***who died***\***of ***\\\***cancer***\\\***or whom maybe suffering from it***\\\***OR A SURVIVOR!!!***!!!***Put this on your***!!!***page if you---!!!!!!!!!!!***know someone in the***!!!***Armed Forces or to***!!!***show your support***!!!***and respect to all***!!!***our troops..............I think I have made this long enough but if you would like to know more just write me a line, break the ice, or we can just keep reading each others profiles and get no where real fast!!! Like alot of you- I find this part to be the most difficult.I am independent & driven- I work in Logistics and am also building my own small business on the side.I value integrity and live by a moral code that most would think obsolete. My Faith in God and my personality are tightly knit together- you cant have 1 without the other.I am rediscovering who I am after a long relationship and am enjoying the experience. I enjoy travel, good food/ wine. I am more beach person than mountains, but enjoy the tranquility of both environments, however camping is limited to the beach. I recently discovered Kayaking and LOVE it! Next on my list is scuba diving.... like to try new things but am not an adrenaline junkie. Love a good book and read a variety of genres (no- i did not read the gray series!) I enjoy music( sorry draw the line with rap & I like to laugh and can at times be a sarcastic wit. MUST BE ADVENTUROUS - Would love to meet someone to have some laughs with and enjoy each others company. I said date nothing serious but would love to find the one that it is just right with. Personality is huge...you can be great to look at but have a personality of a snail. I want someone that is easy going, likes to joke around, can let loose and have fun.
