Hi im a single mom 3 kids 2 are grown,the oldest one still lives at home and i have a 5 yr old,im ***pnds and have lost 24 pnds since june,i have earned every pnd lost..Eating healthy was easy,i just needed to add more cardio,,so im almost at my goal..few more mnths..
