I do have a serious side that comes out when the need arises, but prefer to be upbeat and happy. I have 2 kids still at home that take priority in my life...they keep me grounded and young at heart. I live in on a farm the country and love it here. I'm a country girl that loves to visit the big city, but could be happy almost anywhere.I love the feeling of being surrounded by good music. My tastes range from Vivaldi to VanHalen and just about everything in between. I enjoy live music and dancing...night on the town with friends, but most evenings I like to be home with a good movie, book or game night with family and friends. Life is very good....but it could be better. I enjoy being around people with a positive attitude. Life gets hard at times, it's how we choose to react to those situations that makes the difference. It's a choice we make daily...weather to be a positive person, or negative. Which are you? I eat healthy for the most part, do something active everyday....gym, yoga, walking..someday would like to run. I would like my partner to be of the same mindset, it makes my journey, and yours, easier if I don't have the temptations. I have lost a lot of weight and do not want to go back. I still have more to go, so if you aren't man enough to look past what is temporal, we probably aren't the best match. I love to learn new things, about people and about other places in the world. Would love to travel someday. I have lived a life that was very focused/sheltered up until now. There are so many things I want to do, experience. My bucket list is a big one. ;o) Would you like to help knock a few of them off with me?I love movies...This dating stuff is a lot harder than it use to be. It seems some men are wanting to find perfection. I've talked to men that truly are very shallow...men that take looks over personality. The way I look at it, eventually everything starts to...shift south, fall out, break down, creak, sag, and/or just stop working. Then we take a drive/ride in the country...way out in the middle of nowhere...where there is no sign of a store, gas station, or outhouse...where I have to swallow my pride and ask you to pull over so I can pee in the bushes.We could get out the old record player, sit on the floor and listen to some vinyl LP's....paint our toenails and braid our hair.
