HiThanks for looking at my profile. I'm a single gal over 40 looking for that one special guy thats honest, loving, healthy and free of past baggage. Are you out there? Here's a little about me.....I'm Single and have no kids to call my own, however, I am very blessed to have 3 nieces and 1 nephew to spend time with that only live one hour away. I love them dearly!! I also have two kittens (I call them my kids!).I enjoy a variety of activities, time with family and friends, working out, camping, traveling (when funds allow me to), projects around the house, and some outdoor activities. Being single has left me many lonely nights with my DVR (a girls must have!!). For music, I like a variety.I have a full time job and can pay all my own bills. I am blessed. I have good friends that I can spend "fun times" with, however, my life is missing that one special thing: ROMANCE. I'm not looking for a one night fling (one nighters move on!!). I am seeking to find that special connection with one man with my ultimate goal to be a long term relationship. We could meet at a coffee shop, at a bar, at the mall or on a trail to take a walk. The purpose of the first meeting is to see if you are attractive to that person and if you share common interests and if you can communicate well with each other. Beyond honesty and respect there are many things that I'm looking for in a partner but most of those things aren't easily put into words but more of a feeling once you meet. I'm not much of a drinker, will have a glass of wine occassionally, don't smoke and have never done drugs. If you enjoy drinking every time you go out or make a habit of drinking every weekend then we probably wouldn't be a good match. ...anyone else going?Ok, im starting to feel like I look like Quasimodo ....Please...if you're not looking for something that could turn into forever....if you're just looking for someone to fill your time for a while or for friends with benefits...I'm not your girl. Save us both some time and go on to the next profile, ok? MUST LOVE TO SNUGGLE....and to touch and be touched. I'm not necessarily talking sexual......I love to touch..things....people...whatever. I'm a toucher. If you don't like being touched, in passing, while watching tv, driving down the road holding hands, walking and holding hands, etc....you need not apply. Also, it would be nice to have someone contact me first....you know, text me good morning or whatever...I'm not doing it any more. If we have a conversation going, it's going to take both of us to KEEP it going. If you're dating someone, is it wrong to expect at least a "good morning" and "good night", at the very least?I'm very serious about my church and my God. If this is a problem for you, then you need not apply. I love to sing, and do karaoke whenever I can. But I would much rather sit around a bonfire with friends, jamming and singing, cooking a steak or burgers, roasting marshmallows, than go out to a bar. Some friends and I have started a contemporary Christian band, called Christian Revolution, in which I sing backup. We're still in the practicing stage, but we already have invitations to sing at a couple of places, not to mention playing at our church, reaching out to our community. I am very excited about this.I have a really great, offbeat sense of humor. Some don't get it. Some get mad because of it. lol. Please, if you don't want someone with a sense of humor, don't knock on my door. I LOVE to laugh, but never at someone else's expense. Unless they're laughing, too. But if you fall down, all bets are off. I'm probably going to pee myself.Make no mistake, I'm looking for long term. I'm not looking to jump into marriage or anything, but I am looking for a life partner, with marriage an option in the future. If you aren't looking for something that could last, please don't waste either of our time?And of this is too needy and shallow for you....suck it up, cupcake....
