I love to be around friends and family, but I would also like to find someone to be with for the alone and special times , you know llike when you want to sit by a fire and cuddle.I enjoy working out, taking walks, going to sporting events and just to be outside as much as I can. I love having bonfires with friends and having a few drinks and just talking about our kids and what is going on in our lives; plus reminicing about all the fun times we have had together. I am proud of the person I have become since my divorce; a very independent, have self confidence and the best is that I am very happy, however there are times I wish I could be all of these and have someone in my life to make memories with .My friends and co-workers describe me as always smiling, makes other people feel good, sense of humor and very sweet (also a little fun sarcastic).I listen to old time rock and roll.. Who am I? I am a mother, a daughter, a good friend, but most of all I am Lori. My daughters are the most important thing in my life, it has been such a gift to raise them and watch them grow into such beautiful women. Now that they are grown it is time for me. I enjoy spending time with friends and family doing most anything. I like walks in the woods and bike riding, and finding that next adventure. I take my job serious and work hard, but make time to play just as hard. I also enjoy my quiet time and keeping things simple. I love someone who can make me laugh till I cry but also enjoy being able to have a serious conversation, where listening comes from both sides. We all have different opinions and I respect that and hope to get the same respect in return. What am I looking for? I don't want to walk behind someone or in front of them but to be by their side and have my hand held, I find that so comforting. That someone that can make me smile with just his smile, sometimes words are not needed. At times I am a bit quirky and things don't always come out of my mouth like I plan, I laugh out loud, and I love a good joke, and tend to startle easily. I look for someone who is playful and isn't afraid to act like kids once in awhile. Sometimes I may appear a bit rough around the edges but once you get to know me you realize I wear my heart on my sleeve, and am delicate, and yes, at times you may see me sniffling at a commercial.
