Hi! I’m a single mother of twin boys and feeling better than I have in years. I’m looking for friends and perhaps more if I can meet the right person. I’m not ready to rush headlong into anything serious but if it happens I'm certainly open to it. I’m independent, enjoy my job, own my own home and I’m certainly not looking for anyone to take care of me or be a stepdad to my children. I’m looking to get to know some new friends, have some fun together, and possibly develop a relationship if things head in that direction.That being said I’m happy being single and just enjoying life! I have time to try new things and spend time with friends, both old and new. I'm a good listener, a good friend, and my friends tell me that I am one of the most patient girls you’re likely to meet. I’m fairly laid back and low key. I relish the simple things in life and you’re unlikely to find a lot of drama surrounding me! I do enjoy movies, some, but not a lot of TV, trying new restaurants, and revisiting some old favorites. I’m always up for a weekend away, a trip to the beach or wherever I think might be fun or interesting. But I can be perfectly content with chillin at home with a few drinks or playing some games.While I grew up in the South, I'm not really all that much of a country girl. I’m not too big on camping or fishing but it’s all good if you are. And who knows, perhaps you can try to change my mind. :-) I’m fairly liberal on politics, but I’m fine if you’re not. Religiously I’d label myself as spiritual but not really religious.I eat most anything but I’m not a huge fan of sushi. I was vegetarian but gave that up a few years ago. I enjoy different kinds of music, but I’m a child of the 80s so anything from that time period holds a special place in my heart, even the old hair bands! I grew up listening to old country and like some of the new as well. I like other stuff as well and I’d love to explore some new music. Anything you want to know, just ask. I may seem quiet at first but you can trust I'll be the one observing who knows exactly what's going on. I can be serious, practical, silly and adventurous indoors and out :) I believe in treating others as I want to be treated. I'm very happy and content in my own life and my own skin.     I have a passion for life and I don't let things get me down, at least not for long. I am honest and straight forward. I have learned that life is going to consistently throw you new challenges. So you just have to brace yourself, and when they hit, do the best you can. The motto I live my life by states that "Without integrity, nothing works." To me, having someone I can believe in and feel safe enough to be myself around is the the most important. I love sharing dreams and exchanging ideas on how to make those dreams come true. I am very supportive in a relationship. What catches my attention is an intelligent man, and if he smells really good he's really got me.

    I have been on and off this site for a while and have met a handful of people. I have come to expect nothing other than some interesting people watching.
