Ok about me -The last 5years I have been threw a lot. I had an injury from work and I had to retrain my arm, nerve danage I had. I worked hard and the last 16months working full time and able to cook and clean in the same day. I have always been social thou. The last 6months I have been going back to fitness and last Jan did wind surfing and kayaking as well. Today I went to meet my trainer for the first time in 5yrs.
