About Me

I am a single mother of 2 beautiful young boys who are my world!!. I am very newly single and a bit rusty at the whole dating thing :). I am old fashion and enjoy quality family time. My children come first, I love doing things with them, amusement parks, water parks, beach, boating, etc. Slowly, I have been taking a bit more time for myself. I am not materialistic, or high maintenance. Not interested in a guy that takes longer to get ready! I am very easygoing and very easy to talk to. I just finished up my bachelor's degree in Cognitive Studies WOO HOO!! I am not quite sure where it will take me,but it has been fantastic being back in school! I just started looking into graduate school. I plan on majoring in special education with a concentration in Autism. I love being outside and truly enjoy nature. Looking forward to the nights of having a firepit and a drink in my hand! :) Things I am looking for in a person HONESTY, is a must! I don't want to sound like every other person on here! I think when you find the right person you know. I just want to be comfortable and myself around someone. And want someone to be themselves around me.     If you are not going to take the time to read my full profile, please do not contact me. It's frustrating to answer questions when the answer of some questions are aleady in my profile. I have realized that with that relationship, no matter what I did, the other party involved would/could not step up to do the right things to maintain it. Until resolved, I have felt that I have been in limbo and that is not where I want to be. I do think that one should finish something before you goes on...but in this case...it is now a waiting thing and I choose to be happy, so who is with me?***I am not trying to be rude or mean by my next statement in anyway...but...I would prefer that you be atleast 5'10" maybe 5'9", but ideally 5'10" or taller. I love wearing my pretty shoes and I really don't want to put them on and then I'm taller than you. For me, it's just uncomfortable. Please also have witts to you. I just do not prefer to have a conversation with someone that seems to be clueless about everything. I don't expect you to know everything about everything, but I'm not wanting to talk to an idiot either. Players, liars, cheaters, beaters, drama filled people, negative people, no ambition/drive/motivation, and problem starters - STAY AWAY! Again, I am open to many things. I can't really say what I would prefer a first date to be, other than, use this time to get to know the person. I would not prefer the first date to be something like going to a movie. If we were to go to a movie, we are not giving the other person our attention. The attention would be on the movie...so I don't recommend that for a first date. Something more along the lines of a picnic, a museum, an amusement park, a zoo, or maybe even walk around a city/town and explore what that town has to offer. This way, we are doing something together, with the opportunity to talk and get to know what each likes and doesn't. I think those things would probably be good for a SECOND date...so how about, the first date be a casual, get to know each other conversation during a nice walk or a cup of coffee?
