About me...I have talked to friends to try to come up with the type of person I am. I'll try to make easy and give it to you straight. I am a teacher and coach and LOVE my students!!!I am a sports loving woman (college football - WVU, folk and freestyle wrestling, volleyball, equestrian events) who likes to walk on the beach as long as it's cool enough for a sweatshirt. I like the mountains and love 4- I've lived in Europe and traveled around countries in Western Europe. I like going to see musicals and appreciate the arts. I am not terribly creative, I do like to try my hand at crafts. I enjoy helping other people and trying new things. Couple of things on my bucket list: snorkel in Carribean somewhere, spend a week at a dude ranch, a week short-term missions trip in a 3rd world country. I am also a relatively smart woman who can fix most computer problems (yep....I was a geek squader!!!) and hate that I can't help people more with their computer issues.If you are looking for a trophy significant other in terms of physique....I'm probably not your "type". I'm on the thicker side with improvements being made every day. An old injury prevents me from running....although I have found I really enjoy walking 5ks!... Kenny Chesney, Hillsong United, New Edition, Red, Daughtry, Bush, Adele, Deadmaus, Wicked - the Musical, and the list goes on.My family is my life and I couldn't imagine my life without them. I have a fabulous dog who keeps me sane.About my mate??I would love a man who is my best friend and is willing to be as adventurous as me. Try new things! If you have an extreme filth mouth...blah! I want a man who I can respect....I have found that if I lose respect, than it's not worth it. I want a man that will ask my opinion and be willing to hear what I have to say.....an conversely....will be supportive and direct when I ask for his opinion. I participate in activities that allow me to have fun, be happy and enjoy life. I like to feel like I'm learning something and/or being productive (note: watching a baseball game while drinking beer counts as productive to me). I like to try new things, and I am up for most activities. I am an avid hiker and jogger. I recently started backpacking and love it, I love to see live music anytime anywhere, and watching sports is something I love doing at the stadium, ballpark or on TV. Big plus if you are a Giants and/or Warriors fan but the only deal-breaker is if you are a Dodger fan. lol. I play on a pool league and a softball team and I'm having a blast with both. I like to laugh, (I laugh and smile a lot, I'm easily amused), and drink beer, (I drink Heinekin, don't judge), and ride roller coasters (there are some good ones nearby), and I want to not be so serious all the time (I'm a math teacher, I'm very serious about my job)!
