Hello, I'm a pretty relaxed person who's equally happy spending a day outdoors enjoying the weather, or staying in with some video games or a scary movie. I don't do drugs (that includes ***but I do drink socially on occasion. I am a painter and custom framer who has recently finished my degree at ACAD, and am currently working to save up a bit before applying for a second degree in education next year.I love animals and have several pets, so if you are an animal person that's a plus! I have a cat, a bird, 2 snakes, and 3 fish tanks. Most of my pets are rescue animals with the exception of a few of my fish and I put a lot of work into taking good care of them.I really like traveling although I've been focusing on school for the last 3 years. I like going to alternative shows, ranging from metal and industrial-- to electronic and other kinds of music. I have everything from *** dub-step-to silly pop music in my collection and think every genre has something good to offer.Other stuff-My biggest vice is coffee.I have some tattoos and piercings, but they are part of who I am :)Before college I was in the military for several yearsI've been a vegetarian for almost 10 yearsOver the last few years I have really gotten into aquarium keeping as a hobby. I have several fish tanks with lots of cool fish, and am always trying to learn more and attempt to keep new and challenging species.My second biggest vice is scary movies and games, especially zombie ones. coffee or a pub maybe.     Nothing makes me happier than having a paint brush in my hand, my toes in the water, a great song in my head or an excuse to wear a costume.My uncontrollable grin and sarcastic wit sometimes get me in trouble and I've been told that my "expressive"I love being outside and, although I consider myself a girly-girl, I love to dive in and get messy. Whether it is camping, surfing, kayaking, snowboarding or just going for a walk, I have to be active and outside. I did the Tough Mudder Race in Whistler last year (with an injured foot no less). (Yes, this actually happened and involved a series of unfortunate but hilarious events! ;) I have to admit that I am a bit of a height-ist... Comes from being the "tall girl", I guess.
