For me, it starts that you have a great sense of humor and can laugh about yourself when you have a "blonde" moment, how you carry yourself, how you treat other people, your own personal style/note...what's your signature?? I like it when people have an edge to them...something unique. Someone I can have an intellectual conversation with. Someone who knows what his place in this world is...be grounded and established, know who you are.
