Casual for sure!! dinner or drinks and a quiet place to talk and get to know each other would be nice..if things go well... maybe a walk or a game of mini golf afterwards or if you are competative, I may want to challenge you to a game of air hockey...but I am not a sore loser, its all about the fun :)
