I'm not a big movie-goer, but will go if it is something I really want to see. Of course, I’ll need popcorn with lots of butter (only at the movies) :-).I like being by the beach and spent a lot of time at various beaches this summer. Started paddled boarding this summer – pretty fun! There's just something about the ocean air and the sound of waves crashing in!I live close to a wine bar that happens to have great outdoor seating... I like to just chill on their patio, soak up some sun and drink some water and WINE (I have a love, love relationship with wine).I'm usually always on some sort of crazy diet, but when I'm not I love to eat!!! If I had my way and unlimited funds.... I'd eat sushi all day every day... I do like a good steak... seafood... oysters... I like big crab legs, but not whole crabs... I don't like having to crack them... I'm not "prissy" or afraid to get my hands dirty.... perhaps I've just never learned how to do it right... I have a sweet tooth and like Gelato, Triamisu, Cheesecake, or anything with peanut butter in it....Since May of this year ***, I've been on a smoothie kick and I usually start my day with one. I bought one of those Ninja blenders you see on infomercials..... I try to mix it up) if you're lucky I'll make you one sometime... it'll change your life LOL ;) I'm a busy person, I consider my time valuable and share the same respect for your time. I believe in "meet and greet" over coffee or wine... ***minutes to see if there is "real-time"connection and the next step would be a "first date"... I'm old-fashioned and think the guy should plan that.

I love to read and I love arts and crafts and home improvement projects.My family is very important to me. My kids are my life even though my boys are pretty much grown now. My mom is has always been and always will be one of my best friends.I am looking for someone who is hardworking yet fun loving, someone who is kind, gentle, caring and loving but also knows when to be tough. I want someone who knows when to stand up FOR me and when to stand up TO me. I need someone who is respectful, honest, and faithful. Someone who is confident but far from arrogant. I Love Karaoke but...I've been banned in the Tri- State Area. Okay, so I'm a little tone deaf, no big deal, the only downside is I'll probably only make the worst of the worst on American Idol. A girls gotta have fun. I'm a bit old fashion, who's been- there done that with the clubs and the bars, who wants to meet a nice guy. Most of my friends are married with kids and not up to "hanging out". I've had past relationships that I can honestly say weren't terrible, just not meant to be and I take it as a learning experience. I don't want to say looking for the "one", because there's the saying Love will find you, sometimes you need to help it along. As for old fashioned I like and appreciate when a man opens the door for me especially the car door, helps with my coat off and on and pushes in my chair when I sit or pulls it out when I get up.I want a man who's going to be my best friend, lover, and my equal. Someone who wants the same things and more. I can list a whole bunch of qualities I am looking for but it comes down to who makes my knees weak, takes my breath away and is the last one I see when I go to sleep and the first one when I awake. I have everything I need, I want someone to share it with. P.S. I'm not interested in a heavy or regular drinker. I do enjoy going out for a beer or glass of wine not the whole case. I do enjoy watching the yankees at a bar or TGIF and having appetizers and a couple of drinks.I am a HUGE sports fan.....I can watch the Yankees every night and love my Giants.....Go Blue......as for hockey, not big into it but am a Rangers fan. I do alot of bike riding in the warmer weather. I play softball and used to coach kids in softball and volleyball, unfortunately the kids all grew up and the program ended. I'm a bit of an electronics geek and am totally addicted to my kindle and ipod touch. I would love to retire there one day. I have been at my job for 19 years and can retire very soon, just haven't decided yet. I work out 5 days a week.P. S. I can cook(I make a Kick ass gravy (sauce)).I've read alot of profiles and gentlemen....women would like to know your hobbies and things you are into, not as much as what your looking for. Yes, we have all had our hearts broken and yes no one wants drama.
