I consider myself to be a kind hearted, warm, sentimental, loving, easy going person with a ton of patience. I feel I have a great sense of humor (sarcastic at times) I can laugh at myself and have no problem sharing my "not so graceful" moments with others so they can get a good laugh as well. I enjoy the simple things in life and not really into a lot of materialistic things. I can have fun in many different types of settings. I enjoy theme parks, sporting events, arts and craft festivals, flea markets, movies, dinners out, concerts and music festivals. I can even have a ton of fun at home depot. Almost anything can be fun if you are with the right person and have the right attitude. I enjoy being active and having fun but I also enjoy an evening snuggled up on the couch with a good movie or book.I have recently discovered how much I enjoy working out and try to get to the gym at least 3 times a week, I also walk every day.I have a fear of the water but will go to the beach.I do not like seafood but I love Italian food. I have a slight addiction to soda but do not like coffee. I CAN cook but I LOVE to bake. I love toffee and caramel but not crazy about chocolate. I love the holidays and decorating for them. I love to read and I love arts and crafts and home improvement projects.My family is very important to me. My kids are my life even though my boys are pretty much grown now. My mom is has always been and always will be one of my best friends.I am looking for someone who is hardworking yet fun loving, someone who is kind, gentle, caring and loving but also knows when to be tough. I want someone who knows when to stand up FOR me and when to stand up TO me. I need someone who is respectful, honest, and faithful. Someone who is confident but far from arrogant. Someone who can appreciate the little things in life. Someone who will be willing to participate in some of the things I enjoy doing and someone who wants me to participate in some of the things he enjoys doing.I want someone who knows when to stand behind me, when to walk beside me, and when to take my hand and lead the way.

I also love old episodes of I Love Lucy and Bewitched. I love to cook, and that's what you will find me doing, most evenings. The beach is one of my favorite places, especially at night. Crashing waves under a star filled sky is a religious experience....really...I'm not really sure what I'm looking for...but I guess most of us arent...until we find it. I just want to add something that I believe will save us both a bit of time...I am a huge lover of animals-domesticated and wild and I have a dog and three cats who are all very much a part of my family. If you do not like animals, I am not the one for you. If you are in any way unkind to animals, I am not the one for you.
