On a first date, I could see us going out to dinner and talking the whole night while trying to get to know each other a little better. How else would you know if you are compatible or not. I would like to know things such as what their family is like, what they do for a living, hobbies, things they enjoy, etc. But I would say the most important thing is to get to know one another to see if this is someone you would like to get to know even better
