About Me

I am here like most of you (I hope) looking to meet someone that I can connect with. Someone that I have a few things in common with, including a faith in God. A man that is honest, caring, and of good moral character. A little romantic and you might be just right. My friends would say that I am someone special, caring, honest, creative and fun to be around...although, they are my friends, what else would they say. I think I am funny sometimes, but you will have to be the judge of that. I enjoy most music, but these days I lean toward contemporary country. My youngest son just started his third year of college. I also have two older sons that are out and on their own. One of them is married. I stay pretty active, workout several times a week, have participated in ***marathons and some 5k's. The most fun was the Warrior Dash. It was super fun and I hope to do it again. Finally got around to doing a zip line. Had all three of my sons home for the weekend and we went. That too, was a lot of fun. Have to work on my landings...so, I need to go again!! :***of my favorite things to do is caving, but my new favorite is kayaking. On a recent canoe trip, I was able to trade places with my nephew and kayak for a while and it is much more fun! You should try it!

    Does anyone really like writing these? So hard to "sell" yourself and trying not to sound like everyone else on this site. I'm just like you, but like no one you have ever met. Looking for someone to spend time with and, hopefully something more. I listen mainly to country music but like just about any. I like simple, not complicated and dramatic. I am very family oriented, they are the most important thing to me. I don't have a lot of friends but the ones I have are part of my family.     I really don't like filling this space out cause I have trouble talking about myself. I would prefer getting to know someone by talking to them and them learning about me. Just me being me! I will tell you that I have a sense of humour and love to laugh, I like to learn new things, prefer the new country music but listen to rock too, ride my own motorcycle, cooking and baking are what I do, woodworking is on my plate (I have my own tools!), I can handle a paint brush.
