I really am looking for someone to be a friend, partner, companion, lover, someone to connect with and share the finer things in life. Yes, sometimes the finer things in life are the simple things. Whether that be sitting around a nice camp fire, walking along the lake, or cuddling up to a good movie, taking a ride on a motorcycle, a hike, boating, dinner with friends or a picnic or picking up and leaving for a weekend (NY Mets). The last few years I have devoted much time giving back and volunteering within my community. I am a proud Rotarian and work everyday with our Youth Exchange program. Even though I am a very petite woman I just started going to the Gym, wow never realized how out of shape I was. Just trying to get healthy and more aware of my body. I shoot pool on a regular basis, it is one of my passions. I also love photography, am taking pictures all of the time. Could go to NYC on any given day, especially if the Mets are playing. Love to travel, but have not had the opportunity to do so, look forward to the day I can go volunteer in another country. There are many other interests and I'm always up to trying something new. I have three children. Two older girls are out and living on their own. They are 24, 22 ,then my son 16 whom I have full custody. Involving any children in a relationship has to be done carefully. I prefer not just introducing them within the first stages of dating, not exposing them to rejection is the key. I am extremely open to the person I date having children, love them (cant have any more physically) but any already had is a true blessing. I believe that if I am in a relationship of any kind I want 100%. I'm always a bit confused when someone says, "I give you 50% and you put in 50%. Question, what the heck are you doing with the other 50%? That is right I give 100%, and receive 100%. Communication, respect, loyalty, and just common sense. I think love is a great gift, and one that should not be taken for granted. I'm ready for this gift and more than ready to give my 100% are you?I am not on this site for a one night stand or a quick fix. If you are expecting to meet, have sex and get married all in the same week I am so not for you, nor are you what I am looking for. I am looking for a true friendship first, taking the time to get to know you and you me. I am not into chatting and meeting a different person every week or night. I take this process serious, not just for safety reasons, but out of respect for myself and any children involved. I don't lie, cheat and will respect you as I would like to be in return. I don't require someone at my hip nor will I be at yours. I'm not a jealous person, nor do I get mad easily. Common sense and respect for others should be a gimmie you don't get brownie points for them. My life is pretty terrific...I have two incredible sons, great family and friends, and a job I love.
