About Me

I have an amazing life and want to share it with a great person. I'm happy and confident, love being outdoors exploring the mountains and lakes in this great province. There is nothing like traveling the back roads, or standing at the top of a mountain on a clear day and looking over the city. Equally exhilarating, is finding a quiet spot by the ocean and watching the sun set...My friends would describe me as confident, strong, sensitive, happy and giving... but you won't find a pushover here at all. I treat others as I expect to be treated. They would definitely say I have a wicked sense of humor and I usually can make people laugh easily. They would also tell you they have watched me go through life challenges that have been more difficult than most people go through, but I keep coming back stronger than before... If I have to put my money on anyone, it's going to be me. I know how to balance hard work with adventure. I shoot for a healthy life style physically and mentally. I have a zest for life and would like to experience all the good and fun things that life has to offer. I can usually find the positive in everything, and can be a strong ear with sound advice when needed. I am a strong advocate for those I care about.My ideal mate is out there and he is amazing. :) He's not like the others. He's honest and confident, kind.. with maybe a little bit of an edge ;) He has the best sense of humor and loves to make people laugh. He is honest and willing to go the extra mile. I'm holding out for that guy..AND...He has a job and is not living in his mother's basement! I'm ***years out of a 17 year marriage and have worked hard to start over from nothing. The guy that puts butterflies in my stomach, and I can't wait to see him again.. (Tall order.. I know!) Maybe it will happen, and maybe it won't. If it doesn't, I am ok with that.
