Musician (acoustic upright bass/old-time banjo), artist, educator, professional, NPR listener, animal rights activist, quick witted, egalitarian, environmentalist, always mindful of my karma, politically liberal, happy, loyal, honest, tree-hugging, adventurous. It walked away without a scratch, the car is now fixed, I am healing nicely, and I learned that I am not cut out to be a stunt car driver. LOL.I love laughter yet know how to be serious when necessary. Have worked in a "helping" profession in some way my entire life. Family and friends are important to me and I will go out of my way for those I love. I play in a band but am not quitting my day job anytime soon. I jam with friends at least once a week.     Like many of you, I've never tried this before, but I'm cautiously excited about the possibilities. **As you can see from my information, I'm currently separated. I travel for work as well - from time to time - to our headquarters in MN as well as around the country to facilitate trainings. Traveling for pleasure is also something I enjoy. I am looking forward to meeting someone with similar interests.... and getting to know him better....participating in activities that we already have in common, while experiencing new ones as well.
