Without having quizzed my friends on this , I think they would describe me as follows.. genuine, (hopefully) funny, at least able to laugh at myself, down to earth and friendly. I'm curious by nature and tend to be inquisitive. I try to surround myself with positive people, and typically try to find the good in a situation.I enjoy time with my kids(3), times with my friends, but also time alone. I have two boys, 16 and 13, and a daughter that is 9.They each have their unique way of bringing joy into our life! ( that's putting a positive spin on parenting!)(:I am physically active and enjoy being outdoors. I have a couple horses and spend most of free mornings romping thru the woods with a group of friends. The best therapy!I also enjoy indoor cycling. Summer is my season. Whether it be boating, water skiing, fishing, I love to be in/on/near the water (explains why I enjoyed living in FL). I'm an avid softball player, and competitive to a fault, with almost everything that I do. I'm definitely not a winter person, although I do like to ski---I just need someone that can keep me warm. ;-) Love to travel? Whether it be two week trip to somewhere tropical or a romantic (spur of the moment) weekend getaway that's not so far away, it's not the journey, it's the company. An old horoscope described me (to a tee) as: Dark and swarthy, penetrating eyes, loves intensely, independent, out-spoken, generous and good-hearted, loyal, fond of change and travel with a flare for the dramatic--that's me!....think you can handle it?Favorite music: Country, Country Rock, the '80s stuff (B-52s, U2, Adam Ant, the alternative stuff?), anything to dance to***, sing really loud in the car (when I'm by myself), and will usually accept almost any dare!!! ;--faced guy who's in decent shape. And, there's something about the eyes and the smile that make me weak in the knees. My ideal guy is found most often in a tight t-shirt and relaxed-fit jeans. He's confident, but actually blushes when told how cute he is. And when he puts on a nice suit, forget about it! He's leading man material (but he doesn't know it!). Without a second thought, he opens the door, pulls out my chair, and always wants to hold my hand when we're walking. He's kind, but has a tough side when necessary. He enjoys a night out, but will surprise me with a romantic night in when he knows I need it most. Too mushy? Oh, well.......a girl can dream (or have I been dreaming about you?) you're the guy, step up and plan it! ;-)simple is good***drinks or coffee, no pressure.

***Lovely fall weekend, all hiking lots full so.... tried skeet shooting. Hit 3 out of 25... may help to keep my eyes open as I pull the trigger!This transplanted Aussie and has had the pleasure of living in a few countries, can you keep up?!Am very spontaneous with a great group of good friends...a little blonde sometimes... I ask also that you are in decent shape, I am... I am not perfect, and do not need that. just not good with a couch patata! Looking for a stand up guy, believes that what goes around comes around.
