About Me

Without having quizzed my friends on this , I think they would describe me as follows.. genuine, (hopefully) funny, at least able to laugh at myself, down to earth and friendly. I'm curious by nature and tend to be inquisitive. I try to surround myself with positive people, and typically try to find the good in a situation.I enjoy time with my kids(3), times with my friends, but also time alone. I have two boys, 16 and 13, and a daughter that is 9.They each have their unique way of bringing joy into our life! ( that's putting a positive spin on parenting!)(:I am physically active and enjoy being outdoors. I have a couple horses and spend most of free mornings romping thru the woods with a group of friends. The best therapy!I also enjoy indoor cycling. I try to take a spin class three times or so a week.I love to read and usually have a book with me. I would like to start things off with a great friendship. I would like to find someone who is positive, affectionate, takes care of themselves, and with whom easy banter comes easily. A guy that "gets" women would be great! Communication is a must.     It's hard to describe yourself in such a brief context, but here goes....I am working and going to school full-time which keeps me on my toes, but my eyes are on the prize! I love my job, which is something that makes me happy to say! I got to run the Warrior Dash this year and it was such a blast, can't wait till next year. In the meantime, I am doing a couple other 5Ks this fall as well. Would love to find someone to have fun with, go on a hike, watch a movie, go camping, kayak and/or just be silly with. Music is always around me and you never know what may play next, except rap/hip hop. Love to cook, but don't cook often anymore for a few reasons. I have two cats who are entertaining and pretty decent company. Miss having a dog and hope to have one down the road. Depending on the weather....a hike, not too strenuous, but getting outside, the sun on your face, good conversation, beautiful views, a nice lunch or dinner = good day.
