I\'m a very touchy and loving person, who enjoys beauty in everything including relationships. I\'m looking for someone independent, active, and honest to befriend and share life moments with.

My BS meter works wicked great so if you are just looking to get one over on someone, move along. You'll be happier that way.I am a photographer who is hopelessly unphotogenic when she takes her own. I know, I know...but it's true!I think I am looking for the same thing everyone else that doesn't want just a fling is looking for - someone to spend my time with and effort on.If you are literate, well spoken, you appreciate a good, if sometimes corny, sense of humor and occasionally intelligent conversation, it's a great start. Additionally, if you like to do things outdoors like visit gardens and hike, bike and fish, it's even better! I promise, I do love to do active things. I've even been known to consider sand volleyball a suitable date night activity. Now that I can walk, I'd love to learn how to dance. Care to teach me? I will probably trample your toes and require lots and lots of positive reinforcement, but won't having a dance partner be worth it?If you want a one nighter, I'm not your girl and if you can't understand why; I'm really not your girl. So, if you are seriously looking and don't mind the fact that I am currently out of shape (well, round IS a shape!) from having been in and out of wheelchairs for the last 3 years, hit me up...well, unless you are one of those people with a wheelchair fetish, in that case keep moving because I refuse to go back into one now that I am finally done with them. Something public, I am in security after all and I do know what can happen ;-)

Here I am, at the point in my life where I can enjoy the things that I've worked so hard for, and I find myself without someone to experience those things with. I have a lot of interests and a long list of things I have yet to try. I'm looking for the one to grow old with and be happy together. I find that I'm as active as the person I am with, so am looking for someone that likes to get out and about. I like TV as much as the next person, but I feel better after going to the gym or a long bike ride. I work hard to play hard. I will reward myself with a ride to the custard shop after cleaning the house, for example. But, I still love those cold days snuggled on the couch. I have a pretty sarcastic sense of humor and since I work in two male- I think I have an average build but my friend called me a twig with muscle. I have recently lost some weight, so I think she's being kind. I'm still working on the "rock hard abs", so if you guys have any pointers...or want to be a spotting partner. ;)Some likes:Movies - Take a buddy if you want horror.Music - I listen to pretty much everything, but you'd better at least like country. I listen to what I'm in the mood for; it's all about the beat.Food - Yep. What's the new restaurant? I'd like to try it; but I like my old favs too. And that hole-in-the wall out in the middle of nowhere will tend to have the best food. I'm a fair cook. I've taken some classes and can cook a mean stir fry or grill a pizza.Travel - There are many places I'd like to go, but alas, I have still not left the country. I like long weekend road trips or a day-long boondoggle on the motorcycle. Half the fun is the gettin' there.Much more to discover and discuss.*****Note to quite a few guys that need to know for some reason...but I DO know the difference between to, two and too and their, there and they're; and also the difference between borrow and loan. ;) Coffee or a drink? And hopefully a long conversation that makes us both smile, and laugh and makes it so neither of us wants to go.
