UPDATE: Please read as it is very important - I prefer men that are sized proportionately, not that you have to be built like Mr. Clean but, I'm not into overweight men. If you can't see your toes while standing up straight, you're not my type. Also, I DO NOT date black men. I DO still believe there is someone out there for me and isn't afraid to show it. I take a lot of pride in my appearance. I am responsible, down to earth, funny, sarcastic & silly. I still believe in love and passion, holding hands, and public displays of affection. I feel if you're in love and happy, there's no shame in showing it! (As long as it's not to the point of mauling! Lol!) I like dining out, or cooking at home, (hopefully you're a good cook!! I'll prep & clean) with that someone special! A fire, a good bottle of wine, and intelligent or witty conversation sounds like a pretty good evening to me! The question is, does it to you?????When I'm dating I want to spend time with that person. I do not work an 8- I love music! All kinds except classical and I LOVE to dance. It would be AWESOME if you did too!!!What peaks my interest? A man that is strong yet can be tender, capable & caring, and not afraid to show how they feel. Someone that is NOT afraid to wrap you up in their arms and just be a shelter from everything for just a bit. I like a good sense of humor, whether dry or outright silly. He's got to love to laugh! I'd like to find someone special that is honest, forthright, passionate, diverse. All this is kind of a wish list, there are so many combinations that can be appealing. Any place we can sit and talk for a while.

I am a very logical, common sense person. Honest & trustworthy but have a very low tolerance for BS & games. What I'm not looking for (i.e. BS): ***Negativity: Life is way too short be so focused on the negative. If you're unhappy with your job or some aspect of your life, do something about it. Complaining solves nothing. ***Game player: I have no interest in someone who makes plans they have no intention of keeping; who's so self-centered that they give no thought or concern about wasting other people's time, etc - You will always know exactly where you stand with me. I expect and want the same. Speak up. No games. ***I am also not interested in people with constant unnecessary drama in their life or those who go out of their way to create it. If you have an ongoing battle with your ex(es), baby drama, more than one baby momma, unable to pay your bills, take care of your responsibilities and constantly blame everyone else (except yourself) for your life woes, We are not a match. I live a simple, drama-free life because I prefer it that way. Anywhere quiet so we can talk & get to know one another better
