I disagree. If you don't know what movie that is from, then you're probably too young for me anyway...If you took it seriously, then you probably don't have my off sense of humour and just might need to lighten up a bit. If you just didn't get the reference but understood the context that I am not a psycho, then good enough). I have no children of my own but have no problems dating those who do have children. I like children and work well with them (I should, it's my job). They're good for setting the VCR and junk. Ok, I don't have a VCR, but I do depend on the kids in my life to keep me updated on technology. They teach me well :) I also understand that time may be at a premium if you have children and that they are your first priority. Remember, I am not clingy and in fact, I enjoy and value my time with friends, myself, etc. so you will get no flack from me for being a responsible, loving parent. I get it, I respect that, it's good. Let's take a hike! Or go to the art museum and let me quiz (or you can quiz me) on the art/artists/styles etc. Or, get your in-line skates and let's see if we can still do this thing!

I'm not looking for someone who makes hundreds of thousands of dollars. Sure, that would be great, but really, it's not me, it's not what I'm used to. I believe that if you want something, you have to work for it. I'm NOT the stay at home type. I need to work, I need to feel that I am contributing to the relationship. If you don't make as much as your spouse, that's OK. There are other ways to give to a relationship...love, caring, sharing, honesty, support. Things like that. I don't want to be your whole world, just part of it. And please don't keep me a secret from your family and friends. I just want to love and be loved. To share every day life with someone special. I'd like another child, but it's not deal breaker. you should know that I plan on becoming a foster parent within the next two years. Trust is extremely important, please don't lie to me, and I won't lie to you. I really am looking for something long term, even marriage. I feel that I'm too old for "Hook ups"...besides, that's just not something I would do anyway. If I'm not the lady for you, then I wish you luck in your search:-) It could be anything from dinner at a nice restuarant, to mini golf and go karts, to hot dogs on the beach at sunset...pretty much anything, as long as we're having a good time. I can't stress this enough...NO HOOK UPS PLEASE!
