I have 3 boys ages 9, 12 and 16 that I am very grateful are with me most of the time and spend weekends with their father. They are a big part of my life but they are also very independent which allows me flexibilty to enjoy my life.It's time for me to really start living my life and I want someone to share that with. It may seem odd for a women in her 40's to have never been married. But I don't view marriage as a necessity, but rather as a possibility if I were to meet someone I thought I couldn't live without. I am not looking to make marriage a priority. I am content with my current life as it is, but would like to meet a man that is interested in dating and companionship. Someone to go do activities with like dinner, movies, walking, hiking, traveling, or just staying home hanging out on occasion. I have a wonderful family and a handful of close friends that I enjoy spending time with. However, it would be nice also to have a steady man to do things with as well. I am the girl next door type, laid back and low maintenance. I don't require many material things in my life to feel satisfied. After an incredibly unsuccessful run here this past summer I've been persuaded by friends and the general lack of men on white horses galloping past my house to come back here again. So here it goes....I am pretty happy with my life, solid career, good friends and family and amazing kids. I don't dwell on it but I recognize I'm missing the "the adult portion" of my life, I would like to fill that gap. I like (in no particular order) house projects, red wine, beaching it, skiing, seafood, hot yoga, weekends to random cities, cheering on my kids,watching the sox or b's, wine country (it's been way too long since I've been), a good book, a night by the fire pit, gardening, art....I'm not into reality tv, riding on the back of motorcycles(on that note I do think they can beautiful - I just don't ride on them) , drama (of any kind), horror movies, cars, camping, lots of tattoos, comedy clubs, following the entertainment industry, being overwhelmed or disappointed by life, endless texting or ***, picture exchanges I like the kind that actually happen...so lets pick a day, pick a spot, pick a time to meet and make it happen. We are all busy and sometimes schedules aren't aligned so drinks and an appetizer, lunch outside somewhere before the weather turns, coffee....they all work.
