Life is short, make the best of it! I am the type of person who sees the glass as half full rather than half empty....and yes perhaps it's sometimes filled with red wine, not water...lol I love staying active and keeping fit. It helps me make the best of my everyday life. My 2 boys are everything to me and certainly keep me busy. They are always there to teach me a new life lesson...lol ! I love planning my next getaway outside the country. I enjoy entertaining at home and love cooking for my guests....along with a great bottle of red of course!...."what you eat is what you are".....need i say more ?)....that's not to say i don't enjoy a burger here and there but i must confess, i usually prefer eating healthy...less calories to tackle during my workouts...hahahaSalsa Dancing....Bachata, and other latin dancing, anything goes. I love a man who can lead !!Weekend Getaway...more than willing to explore the country side, wineries or simply go for a run...i'll bring my runners, not my Prada shoes!BTW, i am not looking to offer any "training advice"....this is really an honest attempt at finding someone who shares a similar lifestyle, not potential clients. Ahhh, the first date !!!!....well, as much as a coffee (or tea) sounds like the most common choice for its simplicity, i'm not quite sure it suits my taste (only one coffee a day for this babe and it's a french latte which i make in the morning).Maybe grab a drink somewhere cozy and fun to start with....and take it from there ?I had previously mentioned sharing a bottle of wine over a nice dinner but some took it as an intention to getting a nice expensive dinner at someone else's expense...oh well, we can't always choose how others will read our written words.

A little about me... Life. In my eyes it is a gift. I have been very fortunate. I have enjoyed the finest of opportunities and experiences and, the not so fine. Either way I am grateful for them. I am not sure this is the way to go for me to find a partner in my life, but I suppose it is worth one more attempt. so here goes something... maybe. I enjoy Travel and have taken myself around the world to many beautiful places. I have always enjoyed travel and will glean many valuble experiences yet. It is my hope I will find someone who will enjoy these expeditions with me. Many places in the world to see.... I do like to call BC home though. Hobbies. Work seems to get in the way quite often, but when I can I fit in most anything that is possible I have tried many sports and they continue to keep me busy be it snowboarding, baseball, ATV's, swimming or a good trek thru East Sooke park. I like to stay active but it is not beyond me to have a day of mindless T.V. and a comfy couch or a good book. Family. Is important to me. We visit when we can and are close. Yes, I've been on and off this site for sometime now. Not sure what I'm looking for .. If you have NO profile pics... then I will not respond... I tend to shift away from drama kings. I don't do drugs.. and never will have any desire to. I am also very independent ...so I don't need someone who has lots of $$$ I can take care of me :-). love animals have 2 feather babies & now have 1 fur baby.. stray "teenage kitten" with attitude.. that adopted me ;-)I have met quite a few people from this site, which really never amounted to anything meaningful... but that's ok.... I still remain positive that there is someone out there for me :-) I also tend to shy away from those that are TOO clingy.. and jealousy & overly possesive types will not win me over... .. we are all on this site because we are hoping to find someone. I live a somewhat busy life with work love my job & love that i have the freedom to travel/fly anywhere I want, Traveled all over the U.S.;-; but no fun alone...need a travel buddy ;-) I have my act together I hope you do too?...so let's see what interests we have... and start from there ;-) Can consist of a variety of things... but always best to make a decision together :-)
