HI!!! Thank you for checking out my profile...you won't be disappointed. :-)For the past ***years I have been working as a therapist, mostly in a group practice. I enjoy helping others in every possible way I can, which was the main reason I chose this career. I am an avid animal lover and have had dogs my whole life. When I first went to college my goal was to be a veterinarian, although I soon realized I love animals way too much.I have a wonderful circle of friends and I tend to be more on the extroverted side. I'm easy to get along with...or so I've been told ;-). Exercise is important to me and I get to the gym ***x/week. I'd love to have a workout buddy :-(. From the time I was born the entertainment world has been a huge part of my life. My exposure to music, TV, film and theater was, and still is, of wide variety. In addition to the above interests, I enjoy going to museums, amusement parks, shopping of any kind, and so much more. There isn't much I don't like doing. I love to travel...whether it's a day trip to DC, NYC, a cruise, a long weekend in Vegas, a trip across the country or anything in between. I enjoy seeing and experiencing new places, new activities...especially with that special someone. I love the warm weather and the beach...not much into the cold at all...unless it's for snuggling by the fire with some hot chocolate :-). A perfect first date for me would be one in which we couldn't wait to see each other again. The company is more important to me than the actual activity, so I would enjoy anything if I wanted to be with that particular person.What I'm looking for: a man who is able to communicate his thoughts and feelings, is romantic/affectionate, has a good sense of humor (I love to laugh), is intelligent (but not necessarily book smart) and MUST love animals, especially dogs. I'm looking for someone who enjoys and wants to spend his time with that special someone (me, in this particular situation ;***. Falling in love is easy...staying in love requires work. I do not date out of my race, thank you to those who have messages me but I have to be true to who I am and that's just not for me. Please don't send me hate mail and tell me I'm narrow minded or a racist, I'm not I just don't have an affinity for black men as they do for white women. I've been told my profile sounds angry or is mean.......I'm neither of the two but I will say this, I am not here to blow smoke up anyone's..., It won't impress me to see pictures with your shirt off or lifting weights what will impress me is if you can hold a real intelligent conversation without using slangs and talking like a thug, I am real and not superficial, I don't give a crap if you make 200K or 60K a year it's not about the money, I'm not looking for my sugar daddy, I wasn't brought up that way so it truly wouldn't phase me if I had it. It's more about building a relationship with someone who understand me and doesn't try to change me, loves that I am the way I am because maybe just maybe you guys need someone to challenge you also, it's no fun if someone is always giving in, There sometimes has to be a little banter back and forth. I could say anything I wanted about myself but you will have to figure it all out when we speak on the phone, I am not a person who believe an entire conversation should be had through a text message. This is the problem with society today no one wants to speak to each, I will say this if you have anger issues or *** drop of a hat please do not contact me. I am a happy go lucky person, I do what ever I want when ever I want, I have not answered to anyone in 10 years, if you want to go with me by all means come along but please do not tell me I'm white trash or my friends are or the town I live in is, I surround myself with decent honest people who work as hard as I do and they have my back in every situation! We get together often because they are my family. We love to build fire pits and laugh and get silly or sometimes over serve ourselves but we are a great group and thick as thieves.I am considered full figured, thick etc what ever society labels me, if you can't look past my curves into my heart shame on you, I guess you will be very cold this winter! I'm pretty easy going and can be opinionated usually because I'm fairly certain of what I speak of but I have been known to be wrong from time to time and lately my judgement in people has been a little off but I'm back on track now and will not settle for anything less than what I give of myself, I guess you will have to get to know me to find out what that is..... I hope you are strong enough to message me, I have a strong personality in need of a strong man, don't be intimidated be intrigued! Ciao for now! Here are some things I enjoy doing so I will leave it up to you to be imaginative, again that is if you are strong enough to ask me out..... I love going to the beach even in October when the weather is warm walking the beach in jeans and sweaters and no shoes on holding hands and talking about anything and everything and sitting on the beach watching the sun go down. I enjoy fireplaces, making smores and feeding each other with candles lit all over the room, no TV just talking learning about each other. I enjoy going to quaint bars and listening to really good bar bands, I follow two because they are all friends of mine, Under a Ton and Who Wants What, so that's pretty much it, I am a very easy going person and would love to meet someone who is not interested in overbearing me or intimidating me or trying to change me, I am very content with the person I am, I am loved by allot of people because of the person I am but I am only looking to love one person and show him the person I can be and will be with him.
