I'm Sarcastic and witty. Come on now, this is a date site. If we can’t laugh about being here; we’re kinda screwed. With so many choices it feels like speed dating. People come and go so quickly(myself included), but the grass isn't always greener on the other side; and it's hard to slow down and get to know people here. When you look harder, you realize that there may be endless profiles but very few people have real chemistry. I’ve learned that there are a lot of really great guys out there. Women whine all the time about the good guys being gone. It’s just not true. But just because there are two really good single people, doesn’t mean that they are right for each other. So, maybe I do believe in soul mates. Nah, that’s hogwash! I definitely believe in chemistry though. “Good” just isn’t good enough. There’s gotta be that spark that can turn into a flame. When there are so many good guys out there, maybe that’s a selfish thought to wait for that spark, IDK, but I’m in no hurry. The heart wants what the heart wants.However, distance is a big deal for me. It's too hard to have a successful relationship when you never get to see each other, and I'm not willing to torture myself like that :( And you've really gotta be able to keep up. Nothin' worse than looking back and thinking, "Now where the heck did he go? Did he get lost, hurt, distracted, give up? Was he trying to check out my butt and fell off his scooter? Oh, this is the fun part. How to make yourself stand out in a crowd or should I say school of millions. :) I'm definitely an outdoor type, love anything to do with being around the water-beach/lakes. See the interest list above, but I can be just as happy chillin' inside at times watching various kinds of movies, TV, or playing different games with my kids. My interests do not include: golf (unless you want/need a good laugh!), fishing, & race cars. But I have no problem with you needing your guy-time, as much as I need my girl/shopping time! :) My 3 kids(ages 16,14,***keep me pretty busy, but I now realize I need to take care of myself & am ready to find someone to enjoy time together. I am a Christian & will not compromise on that importance. Relationships are work & require honesty even from the beginning. Life is too short as everyone says. I'm in no hurry, but look forward to the day that I find that special someone that is my best friend to share/experience life with growing old together. I'm honest, a hard worker-love my flexible job, financially secure, confident, independent (yes-some people think stubborn, I say strong-willed can be a positive thing!) with a little sarcasm...ok maybe more than a little!
