Hmm not sure what to say on this site but here goes....I am looking for someone who I can connect with and start the next chapter of my life! I am looking for my best friend, someone I can share everything with. I have three children who are involved in sports all the time in which I am supportive of. I know it seems like a lot of time that is involved, but there is plenty of time for someone else in my life. I have been told that I have an outgoing personality so if you are looking for someone who is easily ammused, maybe you found me. I love to be around people most of the time although, alone time is important too. I am a 9th grade Social Studies teacher. Hmmm lets see, things I like to do: Fishing, boating, hiking, playing outside, movies, snorkeling, pottery, concerts (last concert I went to see was Candle Box, loved it!), I'm pretty much up for anything! Oh yeah....I don't have any felonies, or even a police report on myself....I can understand if you have a DUI but if you have more than one...seems like you may have a drinking problem. At my core I am a jeans and t-shirt kind of girl. I spend my summer outside either at the pool, beach, or Kings Dominion. I grew up sailing, swimming, and skiing. Although I lead a very casual lifestyle, I do enjoy dressing up once in awhile, although I'm not a huge fan of heels (being 5'10" I don't really need them much). I am looking for someone who is up for an adventure (rollercoasters?) but also can relax at home for an evening. I am intelligent, have a good work ethic, and like to keep my life free of drama. I think my friends would describe me as loyal, supportive, easygoing, positive, and a good person to talk to. The only professional sport that I follow is the NFL. I do have a favorite team that I will tell you later. I make it to the gym ***times a week and this past April, I raced in my second 10K. I have been divorced for 7 years and there are no lingering issues with my ex. He is a great and involved father to our daughter and we co-parent quite well together. I know what I want and I know where I want my life to go. I believe that life IS the journey and not necessarily the destination. Bowling, Pool, or even Roller Skating...I'm not great at any of these but I'm not horrible either. I'm looking for something other than dinner to first meet someone.
