About Me

I am 38 years old with 2 children and 1 grandchild that do not live with me. Since I am relatively new to the area, I am looking to meet some new people. I am non-judgemental and open minded with no particular "type". If you can make me laugh (which is quite easy to do - I laugh at myself often!!!!) we will get along just fine. I am a homebody (some of the best times I've had lately was just sitting around my house with my roommate and his girlfriend talking and laughing so hard my spleen may be permanently damaged!) but do like to go out and blow off some steam. I prefer to date smokers but if you don't mind me smoking, that'll work too!!! To me, a good time is going out for dinner and maybe a drink or two... a movie, bowling, shooting pool (even though I suck at it!). If you enjoy the person you are with, a good time can be found doing just about anything. I have gotten the art of sarcasm down to a science and you will never know what may come out of my mouth....I have even shocked myself at times and wanted to put myself in the corner for a time-out! But I can take what I dish out so bring it on!I am a waitress by profession and work very odd hours and I am very dedicated to my job....I know how to take care of myself and don't expect anyone to do it for me! Must respect my work ethic and be willing to work around my schedule.All in all, me and the voices in my head and all my personalities agree that I am pretty freaking awesome...just your average, ordinary supermodel grandma with a sparkling personality, amazing wit, incredible sense of humor and kind heart!Now here's the challenge (if you've made it this far in reading my profile...) if you have paid attention to my tagline and know what snaughling is and can make me do it...you earn MAJOR brownie points!     At my core I am a jeans and t-shirt kind of girl. I spend my summer outside either at the pool, beach, or Kings Dominion. I grew up sailing, swimming, and skiing. I have been divorced for 7 years and there are no lingering issues with my ex. He is a great and involved father to our daughter and we co-parent quite well together. I know what I want and I know where I want my life to go. I believe that life IS the journey and not necessarily the destination. Bowling, Pool, or even Roller Skating...I'm not great at any of these but I'm not horrible either. I'm looking for something other than dinner to first meet someone.
