So here's a little bit about myself... I am definitely an easy going free spirit. I enjoy exploring new things and gaining knowledge from all life's adventures. Every experience is meant to teach some sort of life lesson so I try to stay open minded and positive and not judge. I am genuine and passionate and find happiness in simple things rather than material possessions. I am so blessed to be surrounded by so many loving friends and family and they continue to influence my personal growth. I am a holistic nutritionist and I am passionate about my job. It allows me to connect with people from all walks of life and help them achieve their health goals. I look forward to work everyday, it is so rewarding. I try to keep busy and social on my time off. I like yoga, dancing, sitting on a patio, or hanging out with friends and family. You don't have to do much to have fun, as long as you're with good people that you can have great conversation with, that's all you need. I try to be outdoors as much as possible and have recently started going on hikes. I'm not rock climbing or hiking mountains but I just love being in nature. Laughter is a big part of my life. I love watching a good comedy or doing something silly to put a smile on someones face. That does mean I can laugh at myself too. I won't make an idiot out of myself but I will crack a joke or tell a funny story. Even on the dark days I try find humor to brighten up the day. I am hoping to find a life partner. Someone who is genuine and authentic. I would like to meet someone who has similar interests and life style and is easy going and open minded. I am health conscious and would like them to be the same. I think opposites can attract but that only works when the differences compliment one an other and create a balance.Something to ask yourself..."What are you willing to settle for?" I think you can have fun doing anything on a date, as long as you can engage in great conversation. I do think its fun to try a restaurant that neither party has never been or do a fun activity like mini golf, bowling or even a walk in the park is nice.

    I know it's a long profile but I'm worth it ;)I signed up for this a while back and am starting to think it's all a waste of time. I don't want to sound negative... but it may be about time to chalk this up as my own little social experiment gone awry.I guess at this point I am supposed to tell you a little about me… sorry but it is going to seem like a list. I don't know any other way to do this. I can be sarcastic at times, and have a slightly dark sense of humor. I enjoy hanging out and laughing with friends. When I have the time, I love to travel. I am independent but at the same time I love others to take the reins every once in a while. I expect to be treated well but don't expect a guy to shower me with gifts (if I wanted it I probably bought it already LOL). I'm pretty easy going... Before you say "but if you only tried it once how do you know you won't like it?", I love the camp fires and being outside but I prefer the comfort of a bed and can't stand bugs! If you like to camp that's cool... just go with your buddies and I will see you when you get back. At some time in my life I may actually try again but you would have to be pretty damn persuasive to get me to do it.As you can see I "have children"... well... one. He is 16 years old and already has a great dad so I am not looking for a "father figure" for him. I am not interested in having more kids of my own but if you have children I am not opposed to that.I'm a bit of a SciFi geek. I enjoy shows like Star Trek, Doctor Who, Game of Throwns, etc. I will go see any Super Hero show (even if its bad I still enjoy it). My son and I play board games like Carcassonne but still enjoy old school games like Clue ;) OK. That's enough about me. What am I looking for? I am looking for companionship, whether it ends in friendship or more. I like guys who are witty, have a great sense of humor and a nice smile. I am looking for someone to bring a little more levity into my life 'cause all work and no play make's me a bored girl :) The ideal guy would understand that chivalry is not dead. There is a good reason but probably not the one you think. Over the past 3 months I have gone from a size 2XL to a size M. I've dropped 30 pounds (and counting) by eating healthy (well... I still enjoy some chocolate but that's healthy right?) and getting active. I am almost at my ideal weight and will post LOTS of photos then ;) My main activity at the moment is speed walking but if you enjoy an interesting activity I would love to hear about it! BTW, I still want to have some curves so if you are looking for a stick thin anorexic I am definitely the wrong girl for you.I am an overall happy person. My choice to loose weight had nothing to do with trying to be happy or feeling more attractive. I have always felt sexy no matter what my weight was. This was simply a choice I made at this time in my life and I have been enjoying every minute of it. If you are interested in a positive, outgoing girl who is comfortable in almost any situation then send me a message. My idea of the perfect first date depends on my mood, but it’s all about finding something to do during those awkward silences that inevitably show up on dates to start with.
