Hi there who ever you are that will read this. Thought I would try this out, not having much luck, and getting tired of standing in fruit section at grocery store, lol! As much as I like having more time to myself lately, I do enjoy and miss having someone by my side to do things with. I love that feeling of contentment in a relationship, knowing that I have that one person who loves just being with me. Who I'd do anything for and they'd do the same, just because we care about each other. I was married for 10 year (together for 13), and so I know how amazing it is when you find someone that you "click" with. You compliment each other and there's a sort of spark between you that is undeniable. Whether it's just shopping or going out for dinner and seeing a movie it's much more enjoyable with someone you care about by your side to spend time with. (Those lazy nights snuggling up on the couch are pretty great too!) So, even though I swore that I'd never join one of these "on line dating" sites, I thought I'd give this one a try to see if there is possibly someone else out there for me. ~ S For a first (or any) date, I enjoy the typical dinner out with great conversation, and maybe a movie. After the first date if things go well, I think the next should be something a little more exciting and different. Some sort of outdoor fun. In the summer I'd say a beach day or a day by the pool grilling steaks, a concert, comedy show or going to some type of sporting event. (I love warm summer nights on the beach or out by the pool looking up at the stars). After a couple dates and we know each other a little, I'd probably suggest coming to my place to watch a movie in, maybe light a fire and order take-out. So, I guess I've pretty much got our first 3 dates planned out already. (Just kidding!) I'm usually up for anything. (Well most things). Lol! And, just a little hint...I Love Love Luuuvvv when you guys have it already planned out! Especially at least for the first date! For me, It's very impressive when the guy takes the initiative to plan the first date no matter where it is! It shows that you are actually interested and really want things to go well.

Where does it say that meetville is a hook up site??? I missed that info.First of all I want to say that my age on here is incorrect. meetville in their infinite wisdom wont let users change that. I put a younger age on here because I was getting tired of getting matched with old retired guys who were inactive and BORING! That being said...NO one likes talking about themselves and everyone is laid back and chill. If that were true...NO ONE would be online looking for love because we would all get along great. Face it...we are looking for the one special someone that we can feel like ourselves around...someone that we can put on a pedestal and when we are with them...they make us feel like we are a priority! That's what I am on here looking for. Someone who makes me a priority not just an option. meetville is not unique in its concept. It is a candy store of people and we are all here shopping. The inherent flaw with the concept of online dating is.....there is always someone else right around the corner. This makes it difficult to focus on the one we are with because meetville is constantly flaunting the "next best thing" in our faces.....There is not one person on here who is the ultimate.....there will ALWAYS be someone better looking, wealthier, smarter, in better physical shape and/or more perfect than the person you are talking to. The secret and the trick is......give the person you are with a chance, He/she might just be your perfect match!! I guess I must be confused.... shouldn't we be trying to sort of. ... impress each other on a first date? Why show up in dirty shorts or unshaven??
