I get called weird alot because I'm totally random, and do the strangest things from time to time.I really don't care what people think, I'm always going to be me, because that's who I am & I'm pretty happy with that...All in all I'm a really nice person, once you get to know me, a little rough around the edges, but hey that comes with the package ;) But really if you don't know me that well then you wouldn't understand at all.......:P

Well, for starters, I am a case manager for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I've been doing this for over 5 months and so far, I really enjoy it. Growing up, I always wanted to help individuals with special needs and have definitely been given opportunities to do so. I also help with a chat line for teens who need someone to talk to (depressed, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, etc).I LOVE kids! I don't have any of my own, but I do spend a lot of time writing letters to children in different countries with Compassion International. I am a child advocate and love to help out. I sponsor a couple kids to help with their education, clothing, food, etc. My little cousin saw my interest in this and now she writes letters with me. I love that I was able to help inspire her to be so compassionate.I enjoy sports (tennis, hockey, baseball, anything really), music, and movies. I love spending time at the gym, going to various races, and spending time volunteering.I am hoping to find someone I can be with and settle down eventually. I love my family more than anything and would really like to be with someone who is involved with their family like I am with mine. I want to be with someone who is supportive, trustworthy, has a good sense of humor (I can be quite sarcastic), and loves kids. Going out somewhere fun to get to know one another. I really don't want to meet at either person's house. I'd like to have the first place be some place fun....go to the zoo and be a kid again, to the park, for a walk to be able to talk to one another, sporting event, or do something completely different. It doesn't have to be the typical dinner date! The more different, the better.
