I am a very sweet, affectionate, and caring girl that is looking for the "right" relationship. Typically, I have a smile on my face, as I tend to see the humor in most situations. I married my first true love and it lasted 23 years. I am not a player or looking for someone to take me out to dinner each night -just seeking a long-term monogamous relationship with someone who is fun, loving, and affectionate. I'm an independent, normal, and sane lady looking for the same in a gentleman. Surely, there are a few of those out there. :) I am a very logical and level-headed person, so I'm pretty low maintenance. My ex and I get along and we work well together when dealing with issues that affect the kids. My children are 17 and 22, so perhaps I should have just said my daughter. She's a senior in high school and pretty self-sufficient. I enjoy just about anything with the right person. I grew up 15 minutes from the beach, so that's a favorite, but I love exploring the mountains as well. I lead a pretty active life and like it that way, so if you're a total couch potato, I don't think we'll make a good match. I'm a very young 52 year old - from the way I look to the way I act. My faith is important to me and I hope your faith is important to you. It's the basis for any good relationship. I faithfully attend 12 Stone Church and usher each week. Country and Contemporary Christian music are my favorites, but I enjoy rock and other types of music as well. If you drink to excess or are a drug user, please pass me by.     I am 52 yrs old. I have been divorced since Feb of ***. I am a Christian. I love Christian contemporary music, praise and worship music. That is what I listen to the most. I do like some country songs, as long as it's not about forbidden love, the dog running away or tears in beers.. I am raising my 10 yr old cousin and have been since he was just 3 yrs old. He has a few emotional issues, I also have my 3 yr old grand daughter for now. I love to read and to write also. If you look at my face, you will be able to see "bumps"on my face. This is from a disorder called Neurofibromatosis. Google it; easier than me trying to explain. It causes "bumps" on my face, called neurofibromas. I have them over good portion of my body. I'm not scary looking, nor am I ugly, but it causes some folks discomfort. Does not affect my "loving" at all.Again, I am a Christian and I am looking for a man who is a like mind. Church attendance is important to me. When I lost my husband, I lost my "pastor" also... Yep he was a pastor. For a short time, I was mad with God, but thanks to my mom's prayers and countless friends prayers, I have come to my senses and know that God has that special man that will love me and worship God with me.. He's out there.. I just gotta be still and listen for God's voice.... Man!! is it hard to just WAIT.... I hate waiting.. But God will hold true to His promise..
