About Me

Hey there! :) Like many other people on this site, I am bad at talking about myself, so here goes nothing! I am a born and raised Minnesotan; tried to leave a few years ago, but obviously that didn't last. Where'd I go? Australia. My oldest sister lives there, so I took the opportunity to travel when it was offered. I LOVED it and I hope to go back some day soon. I also hope to travel to more places and see more of the world; everyone says this, I know, but I love experiencing new things. I recently tried the "Insanity" workout... Wow! It kicks you in the butt, but it is a lot of fun! I am not a natural runner, so it is helping me prepare myself for some runs this summer.I am a small town girl at heart. I dress for comfort not pizazz (most of the time). I play volleyball for fun, yell at my t.v. during football season, and love summer festivals and outings. I would call myself a geek, minus the technological knowledge. I am not afraid to make a complete idiot of myself to make someone laugh. I currently teach high school special education and love what I do! I think the kids have taught me more this year than I may have taught them. I am looking for a down to earth guy that likes spending time with friends and family and go to various events (sports, concerts, other events). A big thing for me is how you treat your family and friends, specifically your mom. I am looking to get to get to know new people and if something further develops, awesome! I am also looking for someone who values trust and honesty in a relationship.
