A little about myself, I am divorced for over 4 years now, was married for 28 years ( yes, 28 years) have four grown children. All of which are independent and adults except for my youngest daughter who is almost 18. She finishes HS this year. I'm just waiting until my daughter graduates. And I like most people my age do struggle with my weight but I take my health seriously and am always working on bettering myself. I work in the beauty industry, I have to look good but I am far from perfect!I love music, reading, walks, especially near a lake. I put God first in my life, then family and relationships next. I strive to grow and learn all the time and look to surround myself with those who do the same. I am very social and love people and kids, like to be busy and feel productive but also enjoy and appreciate a quiet night watching a movie.I am not one of those kind of people who like to be alone and need their space by not being able to commit. I prefer sharing my life with people and miss having a partner but I also understand that no man can satisfy my every need and always make me happy. I am generally a happy, positive person and find contentment in my life through my relationship with God and a balance in my life doing what I enjoy and what is important to me.I believe respect and love are the two most important things I can give a man and I desire a man who has a passion to grow spiritually while seeking a closer walk with God. Laughter seems part of daily life where before it was infrequent or didn’t exist at all. In their presence, there’s no need for continuous conversation, but you find you’re quite content in just having them nearby. Things that never interested you before become fascinating because you know they are important to this person who is so special to you. You think of this person on every occasion and in everything you do. Simple things bring them to mind like a pale blue sky, gentle wind or even a storm cloud on the horizon. You open your heart knowing that there’s a chance it may be broken one day and in opening your heart, you experience a love and joy that you never dreamed possible. I am a pretty petite divorced female, with ***year old son. I have, or so I am told a great sense of humor. I am witty, loyal, loving, romantic, intelligent, honest, and easy going. I enjoy doing many things, such as museums, dancing, singing if you can handle listening-lol, concerts, (just love music), taking short trips and exploring little shops, and water views.
