Despite it scaring me, I've decided to give Internet dating a shot. I should say first and foremost that I am an extremely sarcastic person with a very dry sense of humor, and I don't get offended easily. In my spare time I like hanging out with my dogs and cat (you have to love animals...this is mandatory...I care about animals way more than I care about people), playing bar trivia, hitting dive bars with friends (I hate dance clubs), watching sports (huge sports fan), going to movies, reading, road trips, and going to concerts. I listen to literally every genre of music out there. Favorite TV shows include Arrested Development, Modern Family, The Walking Dead, Boardwalk Empire, Mad Men, The Mindy Project, New Girl, and I'm a huge fan of British comedy. I'm at the stage in my life where I really am looking to meet the person that I will spend the rest of my life with, not looking for casual dating or no-strings-attached. I see no reason to waste anyone's time. That being said, I'm not in a rush. I've waited this long to meet the right person, I'm willing to wait as long as it takes. I have never been married, and I'm hoping to meet someone who also hasn't been married before... I also have no children, and would prefer to date someone who also has none. Hi! I'm a small town girl with small town values. I am however, a bit timid at first, but warm up quickly. I recently purchased a home so thats been the focus of my attention lately. Ive been spackling, painting & wiring light fixtures. I actually "kinda" enjoy it only because I feel it makes it more my home rather than my house. Im the boring type. Lol I like to do crafty things. I listen to classic rock & country music, I'd rather sit around a fire then go to the bar & there is no way you would find me in a club. Not a chance Lol I tend to check out men that drive pick ups over a sports car. Im not a big tv watcher. My tv can go days without even being turned on. But when i do watch tv, I like shows on AMC, Boardwalk Empire, & I just started watching Son of Anarchy on netflixs & Im actually thinking about closing this profile down because I may or may not be in love with "jax". Lol Jk So like I said ..I'm a boring old lady lol As far as, my work. I'm one of those lucky ladies that work with kids everyday and Im very fortunate to love my job, most days. (Ok, ok, 3 days out of the 5 isn't to bad right?)
