I'm a friendly person.my interests are described above, i'm all over the map. i enjoy cooking, hanging out at home watching a movie (i like ALL genres and seeing things i haven't before, but anything with john cusack i'll dig and if you're a fan of garden state i'll probably love you), music (again, any genre, listen to my playlist and you'll hear everything from franky to deer tick to the perishers and stereophonics), going to shows, board games (no, seriously, i'll kick your ass at trivial pursuit or scrabble), a good conversation on the floor with comfy pillows and good wine, talking until the sun comes up, roadtrips to anywhere especially little nowhere towns, taking my camera out to some random place and seeing what i can dig up, or picnics at night... whatever. i can pretty much find fun in anything. okay onward...i have a huge heart, i love my family and friends more than the world itself and i am very loyal if you've shown me you're worthy of it. very family oriented. big fan of film, music and fashion... huuuge fan. oh and i'm sarcastic as hell, hope you can deal.as for who i'm looking to meet... just someone cool, who knows how to communicate well and is not a game player. games are oh so lame and i'm not down with that scene at all. someone who's affectionate, has a strong sense of self, i like a guy who knows who he is. no snobs please, no one is better than anyone, life tends to be a great equalizer at the most unexpected moments, and i don't care that you listen to bands no one has ever heard of or that you have a super high opinion of yourself. someone who will be honest with me, respect me, make me laugh, someone i can laugh with. someone who's my best friend as well as my lover, i want to genuinely LIKE you, not just love you. i decided to give this site a try because I'm tired of dating the wrong men and want to take an active part in meeting the person who will be my partner in crime. basically: i love hot pretzels with coke but don't drink soda otherwise, i fall asleep watching the golden girls, the sound of a lawnmower is soothing to me and the smell of cut grass is heavenly, i laugh at myself a lot, i swear like a sailor during a hockey game or andy roddick tennis match, i firmly believe in karma and fate and i know firsthand that life is short.this box isn't big enough to encompass me or the thousand subtleties that comprise me."I'm not saying I don't cry, but in between I laugh, and I realize how silly it is to take anything too seriously. Besides; I look forward to a good cry. It feels pretty good."oh and ps. i never use capital letters where i should. you've probably figured that out by now. first dates tend to be like job interviews with all the questions and stuff. i'd like to have some fun, keep it simple, anywhere where you can talk and REALLY get to know someone, not just the usual 20 questions people ask. movies are usually a no no for a first date, why sit there in silence for 2 hours??
