I have come to the conclusion, I'm not what most men are looking for.... Being a single mom to a wonderful 9 year old boy and looking out for my father who has dementia, doesn't leave much free time in my life. I believe I'm doing exactly what God wants me to do, and bottom line is that I am a family person-I am looking for a Christian family man. I love going out and having fun at hockey games, fairs, airshows, Dave & Busters...you can have fun doing anything especially if you are with the right company. I love music of all kinds, depending on my mood that day. Some of my faves include Pink, Switchfoot, Skillet, Nickelback, 80's music, whatever plays on Star 94, but not really big on country. I enjoy cooking (maybe it's more eating my cooking), try to live a healthy lifestyle and try to laugh as much as possible. I can be a little nerdy and would like someone who gets my sense of humor-many do not...I can dress up really nice and can be just as comfortable in jeans playing ball in the park.I believe in getting to know someone as a friend first and see where things go from there. If you can't be a friend, than you definitely can't be anything more. I hope one day to find a good man to share a personal and spiritual journey with...One thing that I have to throw in here that sucks and has been a big deal-breaker in the past...I'm allergic to animals (dogs and cats) and can't have them in my home/or be in a home with them. First off, I have to get something off my chest. I do not have my liscense. This, however, does not mean I am lazy or looking for a jitney. I am perfectly content walking just about anywhere or taking the bus. Iwhen I go to the grocery store to do big shopping, I have my son's grandfather who takes me. I could care less if a guy has their liscence or not. I live in the city. I can walk or take a bus to just about anywhere. Please, if the driving is a problem, dont bother to message me. Im tired of getting messages from guys calling me lazy, selfish, inconsiderate, etc because I dont have my liscense. I am not on hereto be put down. If I wanted that, Id call me ex.Now, about me. I am a mother of two. I have a 13 yr old daughter & a 6 yr old son. I work ***hours a week. I love watching Steelers' football. When the weather is nice, I love to walk on the trail along the river & hang out at the Point. Anything else you want to know, just ask. Not really good at talking about myself. I would love to just take a nice walk & have a picnic by the river. Maybe feed the ducks or do a little fishing. Something casual & comfortable. Maybe,if its football season, a nice first date on my couch watching the Steelers.
