Beep, beep boop... Whoohoo good weather ahead :D This is the best time of year! Time to bake all kinds of yummy things, go camping, fishing, get outdoors and get out in the mountains and hike a bit. I'm super happy fishing at a quiet lake or laying around looking at the clouds in the afternoon or the stars by a campfire at night. I'm fairly introverted, and prefer to stay in or with family or with close friends whose company I truly enjoy. I have a son, and he's awesome. He's smart and such a good kid. He gets good grades, follows directions, doesn't whine or complain, and is polite and caring. Was in the service for several years and lived in Europe and loved it. I love Boondock Saints, Tarantino movies, Grumpier Old Men, Snatch, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Return to Me, An Affair to Remember, The Notebook, Across the Universe, and Masterpiece Classics on PBS/BBC.I'm not perfect, and I'm sure you're not either. I'm fairly shy, love harmony, a bit chubby, very cuddly, poor, easy to make happy, peaceful, and dont go to a church, or a gym. I dont have a job other than being a mom right now. I'm doing some physical therapy at the VA hospital for a spinal injury and taking some classes there. I dont follow what other people do, and think for myself. I just am what I am, and I want to find an actual sweet guy to enjoy time with that makes time to just relax and cuddle up with me and if it works... cool. :D If not, there's always someone else who will like me. I'm a chick, it's really not that hard for me. I'm as nice to you as you are to me. I dont know what the future holds, but if you're not good to me, I dont stick around. The wide open desert was my backyard and my friends and I had a lot of fun exploring, riding horses, making forts, riding quads and doing everything else that kids do in the middle of nowhere. I've been around horses since I was a baby and rode competitively when I was in high school. I no longer have horses (not by choice) and I miss it immensely! I work for an EMS company and have been there over nine years (longest relationship ever). I just bought my first home so I've been spending most of my free time learning how to operate power tools, replace door handles, make yard art with my hedge trimmer (is that even what it's called?) and lots of other awesome stuff. In general, I am a quiet person by nature. I'm an observer (my assistant calls me Hawk Eyes because I notice the tiniest details). Some people interpret my quietness as me being bored or that I'm not having fun but that is so inaccurate! Get me around the right people and I am extremely goofy and you'll probably wish that I'd just sit quietly. :) Unless you're into that sort of thing (hopefully you are).I'm looking for honest individuals that are low-key but still like to have fun. I'm more of a stay in and relax kind of person versus going out to bars all the time. I do like dive bars though. I definitely need to be with someone that isn't too high energy, as in, if you have ADD we probably wouldn't last. I'd like to date a man that is confident, patient and not too needy. I do enjoy quality time together and will always be there for you but I love my alone time. I'm the kind of person that has no problem going to a movie or eating in a restaurant alone. I do not make a good match for high maintenance girly men. Hopefully you don't have a lot of drama in your life either (because I don't). I don't have any drama with exes. If you're still hung up on someone or like to talk about your ex-girlfriends all the time then we won't be a good fit. I work out after work three to four times a week. I'm also on the board of directors for a professional organization that I am a part of. I'm willing and able to make time for the right person and hope that you can say the same.Please make me laugh.
