Hello and thank you for looking at my profile.I believe in being genuine, open and honest at all times and I'm hoping to meet the 'one for me'. Hopefully, the right woman is on this site looking for me! I was bought up with strong values of treating everyone as I'd like to be treated myself. I believe trust, respect, open and honest communication are the most important parts of any relationship. I love to talk, but I'm equally a good listener too.I've a very positive outlook on life and see the good in everyone. Life is for living and its too short to be serious all the time, although I can be when needed.I'm an old romantic who believes a man should treat a woman right and make them feel special (in the words of Rihanna 'like the only girl in the world'). I'm creative, spontaneous, confident, self-motivated, reliable, ambitious, outgoing, gregarious and an energetic person (crikey that's a mouthful eh?). I wake up every day happy and bubbling with enthusiasm and I go to sleep equally the same. I have a good sense of humour (although I can't remember jokes) and I'm easy going and fun to have around.I'm not keen on routines, there's a big world out there with lots of things to see, do and experience so why waste time? I like to plan ahead so that I've got something to look forward to and I'm happy to try anything once. I'm as happy having a meal in a restaurant as I am in a pub or club, walking along the coast or simply snuggled up on the sofa watching a film.I like to keep active and healthy, so I eat well, but I never turn down a good curry or pizza and walking my dogs daily keeps me trim.I love my job which is rare these days, so I consider myself very lucky to be able to make a living from doing something I enjoy. it isn't a ***job, so I work hard, play hard to keep the work life balance.So, why am I on here? Why not? I've more chance of meeting the right person by promoting myself than just expecting the right one to find me through nights out or bumping into them at Asda (although that could happen too!)! On a personal level I miss the little things in life that are far better experienced with a partner than alone. That feeling of being loved, cared about and missed when we're apart. That look into each others eyes from opposite sides of the room that makes you smile and heart skip a beat. Holding hands, kissing and a cheeky squeeze of your bum when out and about, (I'm a very tactile person).Who am I hoping to meet? I'd like to find a lady who would appreciate all of the above. A woman who shares similar values, is honest, confident, outgoing and full of energy for life. Prefer our outings to be memorable for all the right reasons and not memorable because of headaches, hangovers and regrets.I LOVE my Mom and am NOT afraid to admit it. Also LOVE Brownies, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Pie and Ice Cream and potentially you for dessert !Reminising is COOL; all about recalling good times, precious fond memories and special moments in those wonderful days gone by BUT for the most part I'm a tear off the rear view mirror kind of guy ... let's look at what's AHEAD, not in the past. I don't care about your EX. Let's keep the FOCUS on what's ahead of/for us and make NEW memories TOGETHER. SWEET !!I believe that the ANSWER to mostly all of Life's questions can be found/answerd by/in lyrics to a country song. Definitely PREFER Boots to High-Heels; especially IF we're going out Dancin' or Honky-Tonkin'. Don't get me WRONG, Heels look good; just sayin' = Dress for the Occasion. Love to go Dancin'; Boot Scootin'; Two-Steppin' BUT I'll save the Line Dancin' for Y O U; my favorite bumper sticker says; "Real Cowboy's Don't Line Dance" ! My Top 5 artists/musicians changes from time-to-time based upon what's current on the charts & And Oh by the Way; even though I'm definitely MOSTLY all about the Country, I do enjoy Classic Rock as a change of pace =; Oates, Bob Segar & the Silver Bullet Band, ELO, the Original Van Halen, Whitesnake, and heck even REO Speedwagon ! Also LOVE to travel and have been very fortunate to visit spectacular, breathtaking, awe inspiring and phenomenal places all over the Globe. But still a lot to see and do on my Bucket List ! Probably Lunch but I'm like GUMBY = Flexible. But ALWAYS UP for a Dance Partner ! Let me know when you're ready for that Spin around the Hard Wood Floor; the FIRST Step just might be the Two-Step !!
