About Me

So I guess I have to start this out with a little more about me. Just a guy. A real guy. A guy who still believes that a woman should be adored and cherished. I believe in keeping life simple. I don't want to spend my day regretting what I did or didn't do yesterday. The best way I know to do that is to live today to the best of my ability. I don't want to spend my day worrying about tomorrow. Tomorrow will take care of itself. Don't get me wrong. We all have to plan for the future. Goals and dreams of a better life are important for everyone to have. But for me, I believe we have to be comfortable with ourselves and where and who we are before we can give of ourselves to another person. If we aren't content with ourselves, no person or thing is going to make us happy. Happiness and contentment have to come from within.Just a guy. A real guy. Who still believes in saying yes sir or no sir when my Father asks me a question. Who still believes in teaching our children to say grace before a meal. I believe in being respectful to waitresses and waiters and all service providers. Just because someone is a server does not make them a servant. They are still people trying to make their way and they deserve to be treated with dignity.Just a guy. A real guy. A guy who believes in holding the door for the next person coming through behind me. Regardless of age or race or creed. I believe in opening car doors for that special person I am with. For doing simple things just to make them smile. I believe true happiness comes from doing simple things just to see that person smile. Not expensive or lavish gifts. Simple things that show you care. Bringing home flowering plants *** bouquets of roses that will wither within a week. Buying a small gift that person mentioned wanting weeks ago. Just to let them know I was listening and thinking about them.Just a guy. A real guy. Beaten, broken, cracked and scratched. But still ready to shine. Even the worlds rarest diamond has a flaw. Honest, caring, devoted and faithful to the one I love. And the key word is ONE!I am looking for a keeper. I want to be treated and wanted like I am a keeper too.
