Looking for: man. In age: 42-52
Hi - Would like to explore the dating scene and find someone special for a long term relationship. Love the outdoors, staying fit, travel, new experiences, long conversations, romance, honesty and trust. Can be active all day or sit on the couch and do nothing - as long as I'm having fun. I don’t need constant attention nor will I give it. I’m very independent and drama free. Want someone serious - who's truly looking for a relationship and not playing games. Life's too short and precious to waste time. If you want to know more - say hi and we can chat. First date – depends I guess. Nothing to elaborate. Talking over a beer or glass of wine or maybe dinner.

Looking for someone to hang out with and just have fun.;real" people to hang out with has been a challenge. Not into the bar scene and all the drama that comes with it. Just looking for "normal" people to have a good time with. Does that exist in this town??

First, let me say that I feel it a bit awkward to state my income as a determining factor of a potential relationship. It forced me to pick. So, I went with the lowest just to appease the system. I feel you should live within your means. Additionally, asking about my parents and siblings seems a bit odd as well. We can discuss such things later down the road. And none of the "one word best describes" describes me. Go figure....lol ;)So, moving right along.......I'm normally a relaxed and laid back guy. I tend to be more on the sensing and sensitive side. I am compasstionate and caring, sometimes to a fault. I realize I have imperfections and that others do, too. Many of the alternative sites for meeting people seem to be focused on intimate activities. That's not my intent here. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but it gets old fast.I realize there is usually an initial physical attraction, but I think too many of us rely soley on a picture or some basic stats to represent who we are. I feel, however, that without providing some kind of clue as to what's on the inside then you'll just attract those that are just attracted to the outside. That will fade pretty fast.I tend to gravitate towards those that exhibit postive characteristics. Showing genuine respect, caring, compassion and concern for others goes a long way with me. These seem to be hard traits to come by these day.I like to experience the outdoors with a hike or a day trip as well as just a quiet evening at home watching a good movie or tv program. I am open to trying new things. You wont find me glued to my phone or the computer. I'm able to walk away from both without going into withdrawls. So, no phones at the movies, at the restaurant or while you're in the checkout line. Everyone deserves undivided attention. Plus, it's nice to know when someone's truly in the moment with you. Even if nothing serious comes of this, it'd be great to discover a good friend or two. I prefer to have a few good friends rather than large numbers of acquaintences.I try to live somewhat of a minimalist life. I'm not obsessed with acquiring inanimate objects or aspiring to almost unobtainable and unhealthy monetary ways of living life. I try to think consciously about what effects my words and actions may have.
