I love going to Southland Christian Church on Sunday mornings. I listen to all kinds of music, but I do listen to 107.1 the Christian music station 50% of the time. Not to say I don't blast the Beastie Boys on occasion. I pray. I talk about God whenever I feel inclined. If that makes you wonder if we're compatible, then we probably aren't. Gifts from men, such as candy and stuffed animals, make me uncomfortable. Please refrain. I try to be healthy and watch what I put in my body. I'm not always successful, but I don't need your help wrecking my diet. lol. Stuffed animals? I'm grown. It's weird. I'm probably more practical than romantic. If your feelings get hurt really easily, I'm not for you. I never intentionally try to hurt anyone. I am blunt, however. I don't want you to have to guess what I'm like, if you're listening, I'm going to tell you. No crystal ball needed. I have a few really good friends, not a lot of acquaintances. I prefer quality over quantity. I like watching KY basketball. Puh-leeze don't talk to me unless it's a timeout or halftime. I will not answer you. I like going out on the town...I like it about 3 or 4 times a year. If that. I will go out after 9pm for New Year's and Halloween, maybe a bachelorette party, and a couple of birthdays. Otherwise, I'm in bed by 11 most nights. I'm not going to go "out" every weekend. Happy hour? Absolutely. 10 pm to a dance club/bar? Not if I can help it! And I can usually help it. I'm looking for a smart guy, in the sense that I need him to provide for himself financially and be independent. I don't need you to be rich, in fact, it would be great if you weren't materialistic. I prefer a jeans and t-shirt guy to a suit and tie guy.I am currently going back to school for a second degree. I am changing directions and getting my RN license. 2yr program. I just started in Aug. ***. 95% of my time is spent studying, I don't have a lot of free time between class, studying, and work. That will change eventually! Although, maybe my life as a nurse will be as time consuming? Idk. Guess I'll find out soon.It is important that you like my friends. They will very likely be in my life longer than you. I'm not giving them up. I will know what else I'm looking for when I find it. A good first date is Starbucks or Common Grounds or any other such place. I don't want to commit to more than an hour with you until I know for sure I'm interested in knowing more about you...which I can find out over coffee. :) Please don't be offended. I just don't want to waste my time or anyone else's. Please be on time (within 5 or 10 min) or have a really good reason. If you'll be later than 10min, a courtesy text would be appreciated. If this makes me sound like I don't like being kept waiting and you think it makes me uptight...please don't ask me out.

    I'm a single mom with three kids. Seems like that can be a buzzkill for alot of guys but it is what it is and if you're that guy, you're not for me anyway! Haha. Someone to laugh with, go to a bar and watch a game, stay in with a movie, and maybe someone to teach me how to fish in actual water and not on this website!!! Anything but the movies, how can you get to know someone if you can't talk? :). :)
