About Me

I just completed my Master's degree in Education. I do in fact have a full time job, my own car, and my own place. I work out as much as possible but I'm far from a gym rat. I actually hate the gym. I rather be outside. I like hiking but I have to be careful with where I hike. Old knee injuries prevent anything rigorous and I would really not like to be in pain afterwards.Yes, I watch TV. Apparently it's not a popular thing to do anymore. But, considering I deal with people all day, I like to relax after a long day at work and my workout by watching something entertaining. I watch most things off of Hulu or Netflix anyway.Music wise, I'm all over the map. My very first concert was The Grateful Dead when I was about 3. I remember being there but not the music. Needless to say, I grew up on Classic Rock. I also listen to the Oldies, some Country, and 90s Pop music just re re-live my teenage years. I'll listen to almost anything except things where I can't understand what's being said. I mean, how can you sing along in the car if you can't understand the words?I consider myself a geek.I'm also an avid reader. I'm currently reading Song of Ice and Fire (Game of Thrones series). I'm really into anything Fantasy related right now.If you've gotten this far and you're still interested, send me a message.     I just moved here for work and I'm still getting accustomed to all the changes that has entailed. Travel has been a lifelong passion of mine and I consider myself very lucky to have actually been able to travel and have experienced as much of the world as I have. I used to dream of travelling to every country in the world but in reality I'm far too fond of my life to venture in some of the trouble spots where I'd be putting said life at risk. However, ask me my PLAN for how I'm going to do this, and I'm not sure. I'd also like to take over the world at some point. Perhaps live on a boat in the middle of the Caribbean for a couple years.If you haven't noticed I hate to sit still. On the same token I am a very dedicated and responsible person. What a conundrum.I greatly appreciate coffee. My mornings generally start with a coma like state in which I wander around until I've had at least 2 cups of coffee, at which point I may be able to converse with the rest of society. Just putting that out there. Go skydiving. If the weather isn't cooperating, coffee is fine.
