Is this site called Plenty of FISH because of all the guys actually holding up fish in photos? Yes, I'm serious. I'm a recording artist/songwriter. I'd like to move back to LA to be around people like me again. My band is in LA, so I go often for rehearsals. I'm an animal lover, so I don't eat animals. I don't give up on people. I'm highly creative and down to earth. I tend to like a pro artistic guy. I'm more spiritual than religious, but I was raised Jewish. I am looking for some values and passions in common. For me that's animal compassion, healthy lifestyle and probably a professional creative -so he will understand why I do what I do. A pro musician is usually what I end up with (producer/engineer/composer types). I see so many "no drama" requests. It's a given that no one wants drama, so why even list that? People are complicated and conflicts are a natural part of relationships. The trick is to communicate to get to the root of the issue to fix it for good, not give up!(if you are a hunter, please don't write to me). also, if you have "partner in crime" on your profile you should change it right now! Also, if you have a chest picture posted with your face not in the picture- you are a total cornball! Please don't write to me if we obviously have nothing in common. I'm open to trying all activities, and love to be shown new things. I also have many activities of my own that I'd love to share - scuba diving, sailing, hiking, camping, golf, skiing, and travel. Plus I love outdoor dining/people watching. Farmer's markets, wine-tasting, beer festivals, movies, concerts. I like coffee more than tea, but still like tea. Dogs over cats, but still like cats. Red wine over white wine, but still...no, on that one I have to stay firm - I only like red. ;-) Goals and aspirations? Well, I'm not that goal driven (which is NOT to say I'm aimless and shiftless***I just enjoy making the most out of time here, treating people well, and am perfectly content if I don't change the course of the world. World-changers never seem all that happy. I really don't like it, but I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, so I won't say anything about it. But it clouds my ability to bond with someone. If I were to be totally honest here I am not quite sure what I am expecting. I am just trying to figure this out one day at a time after ending a ten year marriage (happily divorced as of Feb). I have two wonderful children who keep me very busy but I miss having time to do things with a partner or adult. I enjoy dining out and movies, seeing new places and keeping busy. I have a lot of great friends where I live and who I socialize with but ALL of them are married so I guess this is how people meet other people these days so I thought I would just give it a try. Honesty is HUGE with me so if you aren't then please don't bother reading any further or contacting me. I am straight forward and mean what I say..reliable in that if I say I will do something it means I will and I am looking for the same . As such, I am not here to waste my time or yours if I don't think we have anything in common or wont make great friends then I may not reply back and please don't take that the wrong way as I wish you well regardless :) Also...because the photos may not show it my hair has many tones and I do have tasteful and colorful tattoos ..soooo..if that offends you I wanted you to know now ;) oh..I also have cats so if you're allergic I'm not your gal either...and lastly...I wanted to just put this out there as well..though I have a good sense of adventure most of the time I myself don't ride on motorcycles...I have no problem and don't mind if you do..but..if having me enjoy this with you is a "must" then again...I'm not your gal but wishing you all the best just the same..I figure it's best to get these things out there up front ;)
