Looking for: man. In age: 39-49
The best way my friends would describe me…passionate, trustworthy, honest, kind, and reliable and they are always telling me I look almost 10 years younger than I am. My friends and family are very important to me. I believe in honesty, balance, compromise and communication. I also believe it’s important to laugh. Life’s too short to let the little things bring you down. The best things happen when you’re having fun.Basically I’m tired of all the games...Are you fun loving, kind hearted, easy going & laid back, quick witted, affectionate & romantic and looking for something that will last? I also want someone easy to talk to that can really make me laugh, are these too much to ask? Someone who’s adventurous and willing to give me a chance and travel with me down the road less traveled. Sound like you? Send me a message and let's chat. Since meeting people can be rather awkward it would be nice to start with a nice dinner somewhere with plenty of good conversation. If we connect the rest is history.

I am a single mother of three.two of my children are mixed. I enjoy cooking, baking, reading and taking walks. I am not looking for a hook up and am really tired of the game players! People really need to understand when they ask what you are looking for it doesn't mean what you think other people would like to see. If all you want is sex then put that don't just say I want a relationship that is a type of game.

Lots of things have changed here and I would love to rediscover the area with someone special. I am a kind-hearted, honest and open person who loves to cuddle and display affection in public (i.e. hand-holding, or hugs but nothing like making out at a mall like a couple of teens). I am an honest person and expect the same of others *not always a good expectation I discovered. I was recently reminded that I am easy to talk to, objective, keep personal business to myself and give people a sense that they are safe around me. I sound like a therapist or something when I think of myself in these terms, but I love knowing other people trust in me and I honor that. I am a teacher so I suppose these traits are perfect for my chosen career. I hope to find a gentleman who complements my personality.I enjoy going out with friends for lunch or drinks; of course being a single parent makes it more difficult to have a lot of free time for myself, but I am learning how to make that happen a bit easier, just not spur of the moment. I enjoy going to the beach, theme and amusement parks, mini-golf (I would golf, but I stink at it). I have started to get interested in running but am still working on becoming an actual runner. I am a Nats and Caps fan. I must say I still like the Indians since I grew up with them. I much prefer being at the stadium to watching sports on tv unless it is with a group of people, food, and adult beverages. 80's music and movies, and 90's tv dramas are still my favorites but I do like current entertainment as well. I love the Avengers movie and don't mind when it is played and replayed in my house. Iron Man 3 was great too. I have had my share of drama so I like the light-hearted-all-ends-well type of movies. I would love to learn to dance with a partner (country and traditional) and be one of the couples on the dance floor that seems to know how to do more than just step and turn around in a circle. If you don't mind walking in the woods in autumn, or strolling along the shore in the summer, I would be interested in talking to you. I would love to have a relationship where we could become partners with equal value and opinions that may differ, but are respected. Compromise, compassion, empathy and trust are important to me. I love Christmas time (in addition to the religion portion) largely due to the magic of the season with the lights, traditions, snow falling (hopefully), all the silly children's specials that the kids don't care about but bring back memories for me..., the fellowship of friends and family. My least favorite holiday is Halloween...for reasons which would be shared at a later time. (Party of three means that it is me and my two children ages and 12 in life. It is not an invitation for a married man looking to add a third or for someone to join in. That kind of thing is not for me so please don't ask.)
