Over the last several years I've learned, for the most part, you can not take yourself or much of life too seriously. I work hard and am passionately committed to my faith, my son and my small circle of friends/family. Life is meant to live and enjoy embracing the joy of life, even amidst the "chaos".Based on some of the messages I've received on here, I feel the need to make a couple points of clarification so nobody, including me, wastes their time. In my opinion, an ideal first date is something that enables enough interaction to get a good sense of the person I'm spending my time with and potential chemistry. I'm not looking to be impressed with venue, I prefer the opportunity to speak to and get to know the person I'm meeting, to a flashy venue.

What to say, does anyone read this? I say not but here goes, I am a pretty simple person who has a great job, an amazing family, pretty fun friends but I am missing someone special in my life. I was married for 10 years and divorced for 5. While I have no children I do have wonderful nieces and a godchild and feel pretty confident I can handle anything they throw at me. You should also know I have two Shih Tzus (furry little dogs...lol) that have no plans on moving out any time soon. My kids with fur can however stay with my parents at a moments notice if I decide to take a last minute vacation :). I love my jobs, yes I have two,it keeps me busy and grounded, am always taking a class here and there to keep my mind sharp. My family lives at the beach, its tough to have to visit in the summer but someone has to, my friends are crazy and wonderful, my parents are still married after 54 years, they give me hope in a happy ever after. I like my gyms, (yes both of them), reading and probably have too many pairs of shoes but that is my only vice so I would say that isnt so bad.I have no drama in my life and dont tolerate people who do. I am looking to add some fun and joy and excitement to my life not complicate it. To have a date for dinner, a gym partner and someone to call at the end of the day. I could go on but then what would you have to ask me about when we meet ?Thanks for reading Coffee, frozen yogurt, the gym, shoe shopping, somewhere with an escape route :)
