Hello... I am hoping to be able to meet some really great people through this sight, but ultimately searching for that "special" friend. **Race/Ethnicity is not a factor. (I find that I get asked that question a lot)HONESTY is the first and foremost quality that I value in an individual. Loyalty, Integrity, and having a sense of family are also among the list of “gotta haves”... I am a playful ~cat~;fun" thing, so you must be some what playful yourself. I like to do silly and romantic things that will make you smile, shake your head or laugh outloud. I also appreciate giving and receiving little "reminders" of affection. (ie.. a note, a flower picked along the roadside, etc...)I have been told that I have a great sense of humor. I must admit, I love to share laughter with friends and family. I do also have a more serious side. I am a single parent and I work full time. While my schedule is a busy one, I would still love to have a special relationship with the right person.I am not a size 3 and also not a BBW. I am plus size woman, one of my male friends says I should say I'm "thick", he seems to think there is a difference. *lol* I just don't know, none of it sounds very flattering. I'm just me... My eyes are gray/blue and my hair is really long and brown with white/silver that frames my face. I want butterflies when I think about "him", I want us to look forward to us being together if we are apart, but not have to be together ***in order to feel like a couple. I tend to do things on the spur of the moment... I have a rather odd schedule at times, so I just do things when the mood strikes. I probably wouldn't fit in well with someone who has to have advanced "plans" for everything... sorry, just the way it is.PS... I HAVE TATOO'S ETC.. Louis. I've been waiting for many years to come back to this area to be close to my family and it finally happened unexpectedly while I was here on vacation in July. A great job fell in my lap and my kids supported the move, so 1 month later we were here. I'm a very easy-going, low-maintenance kind of person. I don't do drama or play games. I am very family oriented, especially now that I am back in town with mine. I have spent the last 21 years raising my kids and we are very close. They have been my rock through some very hard times but we all came through it much happier. Hmmmm what to do? My friends have encouraged me to get back out there and start a new chapter. So here I go!I love all the outdoor fun this area has to offer year round. I hadnt skied since ***but I am loving it. There is no better place to hike, walk my giant Golden Retriever, bike, swim, kayak, canoe, or just hang out. I've been out of the dating scene for a long time so pretty nervous to put myself out there but hey...aren't we all?I'm looking for a low-maintenance man, someone that is comfortable in their skin and happy. Must have a sense of humor because I laugh all the time...sometimes when I shouldn't. Life should be fun and I try to make everything I do fun. Also must be a "glass-half-full" kind of person and a family man with a great relationship with their kids (if they have them).
