I also know and can say with some confidence that I make a good partner (a couple of trial runs and a great counselor does wonders). I am ready to share the rest of my life with the man who is hopefully in that same place in life. He is one who will enjoy the debrief with me at night, and will be my best friend and lover. The emotionally available someone who comes to the table ready to be a partner -that is the key piece.My lovely daughters are now grown, and while I miss the little girl sweetness in them, I like that they are older and can relate to me as adults. I have 2 best friends in them. That said, I am not looking to replay those years of my life and would prefer a mate with children who are older, if not grown as well. Looking for my best friend, thought I found him but alas betrayal, cheating and lies were more important than I ever was.
